1099 Repeal

Worldwide ERC® is happy to report that on April 5, 2011, Congress approved repeal of burdensome new information reporting requirements that would have required businesses to file billions of additional Forms 1099 starting next year, and landlords (such as expats and relocated employees who retain and rent their old home) to do so in 2011.  The President is expected to sign the legislation.
