The Global Mobility Specialist (GMS®) designation signifies that you are specialized in the field of global workforce mobility and are committed to ongoing education to grow your expertise. To acquire the credential, GMS® designees participate in a three-day session and corresponding exam on the fundamentals of global workforce mobility and intercultural management skills. To retain the credential, GMS® designees are expected to complete continuing education credits every three years.
The curriculum for the GMS® course and continuing education program is designed and updated in consultation with the GMS®
Certification Review Board, through feedback from GMS® designees following their completion of the designation, and through surveys of Worldwide ERC® committees who advise us on global mobility trends.
