Global Mobility Specialist (GMS™) Designation

The Global Mobility Specialist (GMS™) designation signifies that you have taken training in the specialized field of global workforce mobility and are committed to ongoing education to grow your expertise. To acquire the credential, GMS™ designees take a three-day training and corresponding exam on the fundamentals of global workforce mobility and intercultural management skills. To retain the credential, GMS™ designees are expected to complete continuing education credits every three years.

The curriculum for the GMS™ training and continuing education program is designed and updated in consultation with the GMS™ Certification Review Board, through feedback from GMS™ designees following their training, and through surveys of Worldwide ERC® committees who advise us on global mobility trends.
