YP40 Chairman Julius Milani: “2016 is the year of communication, collaboration and connection.”

As the group has grown, missions and visions took shape, the YPs blossomed into true leaders and are highly-regarded for their insight and intellect. However, there is still room for more – more members, more leadership and more connection. This year we want to move the needle and bring more engaged, highly qualified young professionals into the membership cycle at Worldwide ERC®. As we know, we ALL gain from shared knowledge, shared experiences and shared enthusiasm for our industry’s growth and innovation.
