Join us for the Master Series: Focus on Talent Mobility
Hosted in alliance with ADP

Discover how managing the fast-paced need for global skills intersects with traditional Expatriate Compensation and Benefits in the Asia-Pacific region.  This program will focus on designing Global Programs with regional and local flexibility to help you manage mobility more effectively while meeting the increased need driven from talent policies.  You will walk away with innovative thoughts on how to apply and create real solutions to industry challenges.  Through case studies and team approaches we will develop best practices in setting up program benefits, implementing program structures holistically, budgeting effectively and integrating talent management, compensation, benefits and mobility.

Through presentations and case-studies, you will explore:

  • The Intent of the Assignment
  • The benefits and challenges of three approaches to budgeting
  • The assignment structure for temporary moves
  • The elements involved in merging company programs
