Viviane Ramires works for BTG Pactual, a Brazilian investment bank and currently the largest one from Latin America. She is the responsible for the bank’s Global Mobility area since 2013 and is based at the company headquarter office in Rio de Janeiro. Ms Ramires has almost 8 years of experience in Global Mobility practices and is responsible for the company’s global policies, advising the local HRs from locations across the globe and administrating Brazilian movements inbound and outbound. 

Natacha Farciola, GMS

Natacha La Farciola is the responsible analyst for International Assignments at Scania Latin America. Majored in Law and specialist in Public Brazilian Regulation, has extensive experience with immigration consultancy and coordination of international assignments for inbounds and outbounds. Has been nominated President of the Expatriate Administration Group – GADEX for 2015, which has in its structure more than 35 Brazilians and Multinationals companies where they meet to study and discuss important mobility themes.

Fernando Alves Teixeira
Fernando Alves Teixeira is a Global Visa Associate Attorney in Berry Appleman & Leiden’s São Paulo office. Mr. Teixeira has experience in advising corporate clients across all industries on global immigration matters, with a particular focus on Brazil. He currently provides legal analysis, participates in case strategy, and manages Global Migration Advisors in the filing of assigned global casework.

Luiza Dompsin
Luiza Dompsin is a Global Visa Associate Attorney in the São Paulo office of Berry Appleman & Leiden, with experience advising corporate clients across all industries on global immigration matters. In her role at BAL, Ms. Dompsin is responsible for coordinating Latin American cases in BAL’s Brazil offices and providing legal advice on the varying requirements of the entire region, including the Caribbean islands and Mexico. She provides legal analysis, participates in case strategy, and manages the Global Migration Advisors in the filing of assigned global casework.

Daniela Lima is the Managing Director of Berry Appleman & Leiden’s São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro offices. She has more than twelve years experience in Brazilian immigration law, outbound immigration, relocation matters, business development, and advising multinational companies on executive transfers to Brazil.
