  • US Immigration Updates – This panel will address the latest developments in business immigration law, including legislative and agency initiatives and the political landscape for change, as well as enforcement trends by the Department of Labor, Immigration & Customs Enforcement, US Citizenship and Immigration Services, and the Department of State.
  • Managing Corporate Immigration Programs – Global mobility professionals and industry leaders will discuss industry policies and compliance concerns, including nonimmigrant program compliance issues, green card issues, developing corporate immigration policies and protocols, and liaising with internal business partners and stakeholders.
  • Corporate Immigration Compliance – Experts in immigration law will take a closer look at common compliance concerns, including I-9 requirements and E-Verify requirements, civil and criminal penalties for non-compliance, and compliance considerations in mergers and acquisitions.
  • Canadian/US Border Immigration Issues – Lawyers experienced with cross-border travel will address Canadian immigration developments like the Labour Market Impact Assessment, as well as US-inbound visa issues.
