Cancellation Policies
All Summit registration fees must be paid in advance of the Summit. Cancellations will be subject to a US$400 administration fee. Delegates canceling after February 1, 2010, will be liable for the entire Summit fee. Substitutions may be made at any time. The Summit conveners reserve the right to amend the program at any time.
