Companies that operate internationally often need to relocate local nationals within their home country.  These policies are typically developed in country to meet local needs and practices.  When creating these policies, although local laws should be recognized and local tax advantages taken into account, there is an opportunity to establish consistency and equal treatment across the globe. Establishing this consistency can positively impact many areas of a global mobility program.

In this webinar, SIRVA policy experts will overview how to build a consistent mobility practice within domestic policies across multiple countries – addressing which policy elements can be consistent across the globe and which need to be location specific.

This approach will help companies achieve the following:

·         Gain more control over corporate governance and policy

·         Establish equitable policies regardless of location

·         Improve tracking and control of relocation expenditure

·         Drive greater customer satisfaction, creating a competitive advantage and leading to a higher quality relocation program
