How can you prepare your renters for 2012? The type of renter today is more varied than ever before. How do you help a transferee who may be in a negative equity position, has lost a home to foreclosure or is unable to sell and will be renting in the new location? How do you help your renting transferees navigate a tight rental market?
This session will provide data on what has been happening and what we can look forward to in the rental market in 2012. We’ll also discuss Renter Policy recommendations and talk with a client who recently made a change to her company’s policy to better support her transferring renters.
