As 2015 marks the 20th issue of the Brookfield GRS Global Mobility Trends Survey, we’d like to invite you to join us as we analyze the current trends and challenges reported by over 140 corporate Mobility and Human Resources leaders from a diverse group of industries and countries.
During this webinar, we’ll provide an overview of the 2015 Global Mobility Trends Survey along with a review the 3 key themes represented by the survey responses from our corporate colleagues which call for a more mindful approach to mobility, one that keeps the strategic purpose of mobility as a driver and facilitator of business success at the forefront but which pairs this with a more mindful understanding of the practical aspects of mobility program success. Key themes include the links between Talent Management and Mobility, strategic approaches to cost pressures on assignment programs, and how family concerns, workforce dynamics and emerging assignment locations are presenting mobility with opportunities to better support assignees while remaining a cost savvy business partner.
