One of the Foundation’s most significant qualities is its potential to provide research that is of interest to, and that benefits, a broad business audience. The Foundation will:

  • Conduct studies and make research available on such strategic business issues as the outsourcing/ offshoring of talent and the productivity and competitive advantage gained by effective workforce mobility practices.
  • Deliver existing research on workforce mobility-related issues to a broader public audience.

 

Global Mindset Research Released by Thunderbird and Worldwide ERC® Foundation

Washington, DC— New research on global work assignments, Global Mindset Defined: Expat Success Strategy, has been released through a collaboration of the Worldwide ERC® Foundation for Workforce Mobility and Thunderbird School of Global Management, the highest-ranked school for international business. This highly relevant study, which provides research to define and explain the attributes which are common in successful expatriates, is published in Worldwide ERC®'s June 2007 issue of MOBILITY magazine.
