||Deadline for preferred exhibit space consideration for sponsors who submit both sponsorship and exhibit contracts.*|
||Booth assignment process begins. Space will be assigned in the order that contracts were received, after preferred sponsor placement. As contracts come up for placement, the primary and alternative representatives listed on the exhibit space contract will be emailed an up-to-date floor plan to select location choices from available booth space.|
Payment MUST be received before booth space is confirmed.
||For contracts received by February 16, booth assignment will be confirmed by this date via email.|
||Deadline to submit 50-word company description as it is to appear in Conference program.|
||Deadline for written notice of cancellation. Cancellation before this date will be subject to a $500 cancellation fee. Failure to notify Worldwide ERC® of the intent to cancel by this date will result in full loss of the exhibit fee paid.|
||Deadline to order pre-National Relocation Conference attendee mailing labels.* Please note that a sample of your mailing must be submitted to Worldwide ERC® for approval prior to the shipment of your mailing labels.|
||Deadline to submit to Worldwide ERC® written requests for approval for food and beverages to be served at booth or for any form of entertainment (e.g. noise makers, live models, musicians, etc.).|
||Deadline to notify and submit to Freeman the General Liability Insurance Certificate due and form of intent to use an outside contractor (if applicable).|
||Deadline for Hospitality Suite & Hotel Function Space requests.*|
||Deadline to submit Designated Exhibitor Registration Form* for complimentary registration and to be printed in the onsite attendee list.|
