Cancellation Policies
Cancellations will be subject to a $100 administration fee if received after March 23. No refunds of registration fees for cancellations received after April 23. Substitutions may be made at any time and charged a $50 processing fee.
*GMS® cancellations received at Worldwide ERC® 10 or more days prior to the seminar date are refundable, minus a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made with less than 10 days' notice. In fairness to all seminar attendees, if you do not attend a GMS® seminar session for which you are confirmed, and do not cancel as described above, you will be charged the entire GMS® seminar fee.
