Frances Martinez Myers Named President of Employee Transfer Corporation
Lawrence F. Flick IV, Chairman and CEO of Fox & Roach/Trident LP, announced that Frances Martinez Myers has been named President of Employee Transfer Corporation. Employee Transfer Corporation facilitates the moves of corporate employees throughout the United States and much of the world, providing relocation policy consulting and operations management for many corporate human resource departments. ETCREO is Employee Transfer Corporation’s national REO management company which currently manages thousands of bank-owned properties across the United States.
Ms. Myers began her real estate and relocation industry career 35 years ago. Prior to joining Fox & Roach/Trident she held positions managing broker networks and international business development for PHH/Cendant. In 2002, Fox & Roach/Trident purchased Employee Transfer Corporation, and in 2004, created ETCREO.
Ms. Myers is past Chairman of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), and past Chairperson on the National Advisory Council of Fannie Mae. She has served on the board of directors of the National Association of Realtors and on the National Advisory Council for Bank of America. In 2005, she was named one of Hispanic Business’ top 100 most influential Hispanics in the United States. In 2006, Philadelphia Business Journal named her a Woman of Distinction and Realtor Magazine named her one of real estate’s most influential leaders. She is a member of Worldwide ERC and a recipient of its Meritorious Service Award.
