Service Recognition Awards Program 

Become a Worldwide ERC® Volunteer!

We recognize that Worldwide ERC®'s success is a direct result of the dedication of members and the devotion of their time and expertise for the betterment of the industry.  So we implemented a Service Recognition Awards Program in 1989.  This program, open to the entire membership, offers three levels of service awards based on points earned through service.

The point accreditation system for achieving the awards is as follows:

For service as a discussion group or idea exchange session moderator at any Worldwide ERC® meeting program;

For participation in a Worldwide ERC® sponsored focus group

For service as a panelist or speaker at any Worldwide ERC® meeting program (if a session is offered more than once, double credit would be granted; if an individual serves in a dual capacity, credit would be given for each element)

For each published editorial contribution to Mobility or any other Worldwide ERC® publication

For active membership on a committee (credit will not be granted if the committee does not meet or if an individual does not attend)

For service as a committee chairman

For each 2-year period that you are assigned and serve as a mentor to a New Professional member.  For more information please view the mentor guidelines.

If you hold the GMS® designation and have completed 10 CE credits from Worldwide ERC®’s online course programming in addition to earning the Meritorious Service Award you will be elevated to Senior Global Mobility Specialist (SGMS®) status.

And, if you hold the CRP® designation and then earn the Distinguished Service Award you will be elevated to Senior Certified Relocation Professional (SCRP®) status.  If you have already earned the Distinguished Service Award and then receive your CRP® designation, you will automatically become an SCRP®.  For information on the total number of service points you have accumulated, please contact Robin Arnold at rarnold@WorldwideERC.org or +1 703 842 3418.
