Arlington, VA—Worldwide ERC®, the workforce mobility association, and the Worldwide ERC® Foundation for Workforce Mobility are pleased to announce new leadership members for each group.
Worldwide ERC® Board
Elected to serve on the Worldwide ERC® Board of Directors and beginning a three-year board term commencing January 1, 2017 are Heather Henry, Director, Global Mobility, Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc.; Gustavo Higuera, Jr., CRP, GMS, Regional Vice President, Latin America, Weichert Workforce Mobility Inc.; and Ian Payne, SGMS, Managing Director/EVP EMEA and APAC, Cartus Corporation. The three new directors bring strong insight on human capital issues, corporate talent management, and global mobility services.

Worldwide ERC® Foundation for Workforce Mobility
The Worldwide ERC® Foundation for Workforce Mobility also announced the newest members appointed to serve on its Board of Trustees. Beginning a three-year term, effective Jan. 1, 2017, are Steven M. John, SCRP, GMS-T, President and CEO, HomeServices Relocation, LLC; Amberley Johnson, Co-founder, Global Expertise®; and Debra A. Ritchie, CRP, GMS-T, Senior Mobility Advisor, Tesoro Companies, Inc.
