This session focuses on measuring the value of relocation offerings traditionally viewed as the “soft services.” We will hear first-hand from transferees/spouses the challenges confronted during their move and how they resolved these issues. During this time of cost cutting, this session will explore how investing in a smoother transition for the employee and family can yield benefits such as higher productivity, employee retention and reduction of the risk of relocation failure.
