The following are results from a survey conducted in Hong Kong at Worldwide ERC®’s Global Workforce Summit: Focus on Asia-Pacific. Twenty-seven HR/mobility professionals responded to the survey during a special benchmarking session.
This brief survey examined anticipated levels of assistance for long and short-term assignments in Asia for the coming year. In addition, respondents were asked to reflect on the past three years with regard to the labor shortage in Asia, global leadership development and their biggest concerns relating to regulatory compliance.
