Caroline is currently BAT’s Asia-Pacific Head of Global Mobility, where she manages a complex global mobility programme with more than 300 assignees moving into/out of the region annually. Caroline has around 20 years’ experience in expatriate taxation/global mobility and has previously worked for large global organisations including Big 4 (Arthur Andersen & Deloitte) and a range of in-house roles for Prudential, Atos Origin & BAT. Caroline is a seasoned mobility professional having worked in Europe, Asia and North America during her career spanning different industries including oil & gas, IT, financial services & FMCG. Caroline has an interest in languages with fluent French, very poor Mandarin and a desire to learn Bahasa.
Sean Collins, Talent Mobility Asia
Sean is a seasoned international HR executive with over 18 years’ experience in Asia, helping global organizations manage their talent mobility programs. Sean’s career covers both the service delivery as well as in-house talent mobility management, most recently managing the global mobility programs for Microsoft in Asia for 8 years. Sean is the founder of Talent Mobility Asia, an independent mobility consulting firm as well as managing partner in Talent Mobility Search, an executive search firm for mobility professionals. He also teaches the (GMS-T) course for ERC in Asia. Originally from the UK, he has called Singapore his home for over 11 years and has also lived and worked in France, Switzerland, Australia, China, Mongolia and Myanmar, considering himself a true global nomad!
