Responsible for providing information, support, and advocacy for the mobility industry and Worldwide ERC® members in assessing and dealing with business risk and opportunity arising from legislative, regulatory and judicial actions, domestically and internationally. In conjunction with Worldwide ERC® general and tax counsels, and under the Direction of the Executive Committee, implements and coordinates legislative programs, and analyses of legal and tax implications of regulations, laws, or practices affecting the industry.
