Cancellation Policies
Substitutions for persons originally registered for the meeting will be subject to a $50 processing fee. Cancellations by e-mail or letter, received in the Worldwide ERC® office after August 31 will be subject to a cancellation fee of $100 per registration, plus $50 for guest/optional packages. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after September 29.
