Cancellation Policies
Substitutions for persons originally registered for the meeting will be subject to a $50 processing fee. Cancellations by email or letter received in the Worldwide ERC® office after August 2 will be subject to a cancellation fee of $100 per registration and $50 for guest/optional packages. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after September 12.
