As the U.S. real estate sector prepares for process and operational changes connected to the ongoing buyer broker litigation and NAR’s proposed settlement to multiple major cases, talent mobility practitioners continue to explore how all of this might impact the industry overall and the transferees and companies that they support.  During this webinar, Tine Dickey from Fidelity Residential Solutions, Paula Hester from Fidelity National Title and Scott Chapman from PrimeLending will explore a number of key changes and what they might mean within the context of talent mobility.  Changes to be covered include what can or can’t be done related to buyer agent compensation under the proposed settlement, new buyer representation/agency agreement requirements and updates to MLS practices regarding agent compensation. Speakers will also discuss the challenges these changes may encounter with current mortgage and lending requirements and practices and key considerations that may impact titling, closing, and other transaction-closing and reporting processes.

Attendees may earn up to 1 CRP® or GMS® continuing education credit after completing this webinar.
