Ravi has more than 30 years of experience of in tax, regulatory and compliance. He works with Fortune 500, large and medium-sized MNCs on matters pertaining to mobility and expatriate tax advisory, policy making and compliance, social security, immigration, payroll, compensation and benefits, and structuring including ESOPs and regulatory requirements. He has deep experience in successfully setting up payroll for India companies and for clients in other geographies. Ravi’s clients span diverse industries sectors including information technology and ITES, automotive, retail and consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, financial services, and oil and gas. He has successfully helped companies to structure their inbound and outbound assignment programs, and has completed several representations before authorities to get the procedure, ITR forms and laws rationalized for foreign citizens, HNIs and individuals on personal taxation.
