John Antos
Vice President Marketing

Mr. Antos leads strategy and marketing for the Asia-Pacific region at ADP.   He is responsible for following Human Capital Management trends and market across Asia-Pacific and global trends for multinational companies.  He also helps lead research into the Future of Work and how the evolving nature of forces including economics, technology, mobility, organizational structure will impact how and where we work in the future across the APAC region and the world. 

Mr. Antos has held three other roles at ADP focused on marketing, product and strategy covering a range to businesses from human capital management for global multinational companies, to financial services focused positions in U.S. corporate tax credits to payment solutions and payroll cards. 

Before coming to ADP, Mr. Antos’s background was 10 years working in consumer financial services: at FleetCor Technologies innovating new fuel card hedging products; Discover Financial Services designing additional products and services for Discover Card members; and a Chicago-area credit union where he led both the marketing and business development departments. 

Mr. Antos received both his BA and MBA from The University of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa, USA.

Vashist Kommunuri
Director HR – Asia

Vashist leads human resources for the Asia pacific region at ADP.   Before coming to ADP Vashist has around 10 years working experience in different industries like IT, ITES< Telecommunications , Manufacturing and Outsourcing. Prior to ADP he had worked in areas of Talent development across APAC region with Alcatel lucent based out of Shanghai.  

He worked across different gamut of HR functions with expertise in areas of Talent Management, Talent acquisition ,Coaching, Mergers & Acquisitions, Employee relations and Benefits.  

Vashist had worked with some of the major corporations like Dell, Alcatel-Lucent. Vashist is astute in identifying areas in need of improvement with pragmatic approach for implementing successful action plans. 

Vashist has master degree in Human Resources Management. He is also certified in Korn ferry learning agility, PDI 360 degree coaching.
