The Appraiser and The Home Inspector – Narrowing the Gap
The appraiser and home inspector serve two very different functions in the relocation process. The appraiser is responsible for observing the subject property, describing the improvements, and forming an opinion of the anticipated sales price. The home inspector is responsible for inspecting the improvements, assessing the condition, and identifying items which require repair or replacement.

Effective Business Management through Technology
The rate of change in technology is dramatic, with new applications and hardware appearing every day. This session will provide insight into technology platforms that are applicable to the appraisal and real estate industry. The two areas of primary focus will be digital photography and smart phone applications. In this hands-on session, participants will:
- Review the latest hardware available for industry applications
- Explore software tools that provide efficiency and enhancements in productivity
