Worldwide ERC® Announces Newest Members of its 2015 Board of Directors 

Arlington, VA—Worldwide ERC®, the workforce mobility association, is pleased to introduce the newest members of its Board of Directors. Three mobility leaders with a diverse and complementary blend of industry expertise will be added to the 2015 roster. 

Beginning a three-year term commencing January 1, 2015, new board members include: Sue Carey, SCRP, SGMS, Co-owner and Vice President, Relocation and Corporate Services with CENTURY 21 Kreuser & Seiler, Ltd; Libertyville, IL, USA; Greg Morley, Vice President, Human Resources, Asia Pacific with Hasbro, Inc., Hong Kong; and Betsy M. Welch, CRP, GMS, Global Mobility Program Manager with American International Group (AIG), Inc.; New York, NY, USA.  

Carey is a licensed real estate broker, and has been providing U.S. domestic and global relocation services for over 20 years. She expanded high-touch executive level and group move management services by adding customized solutions for recruitment and candidate selection, delivered under the company name Relocation Decisions®.  Carey has received the Worldwide ERC® Distinguished Service Award, and has served on a number of Worldwide ERC® committees, including the Certification Review Board, the U.S. Advisory Council and the National Relocation Council Program Planning Committee.  

Morley leads Hasbro’s human resources team across the Asia Pacific region, and holds responsibility for partnering with the commercial and global sourcing teams to deliver business success.  He brings more than 20 years of human resources experience to his role, including his current position with Hasbro and a variety of responsibilities held with the Walt Disney Company in the USA, France and Asia. Prior to Disney, Morley spent the early part of his career with GE in sales, marketing and operations roles.  He has served on the Worldwide ERC® APAC Committee, and was instrumental in supporting the development of the Strategic Talent Mobility: GMS-TSM course content 

Welch holds responsibility for managing service delivery excellence and developing best practice solutions across the relocation and assignment areas, aligning with compensation, benefits and operations at AIG.  She is a strong advocate for effectively integrating mobility into overall talent practices, and manages external partners addressing employee mobility services, tax, immigration and other areas. Welch also brings more than 20 years of experience in the U.S. domestic and global employee mobility industry to the Board, having previously held management positions with several leading relocation management and Fortune 500 companies.
