Arlington, VA—Worldwide ERC®, the workforce mobility association, is pleased to introduce its newest Board of Directors members for 2014. Five accomplished mobility leaders were added to the 2014 Board of Directors’ roster.
New corporate representatives for 2014 include Carolyn Huxford, SCRP, CarMax, Inc., Richmond, Virginia, USA; Carol Joy, SCRP, SGMS, Moog Inc., East Aurora, New York, USA; and Mark Lozano, CRP, Wells Fargo & Co., Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA. Huxford is manager, relocation for CarMax, Inc. where she directs an in-house program with responsibility for broker and service partner selection and review, a full home sale program, expense management, budgeting, tax compliance, and policy development. Joy is global mobility manager for Moog, and holds responsibility for strategic planning, managing tax and relocation relationships, benchmarking and documenting best practices for domestic and international programs, and partnering with HR leadership. Lozano serves as global relocation manager for Wells Fargo & Company, and is responsible for relocation strategy and oversight of the company’s in-house relocation program for U.S. domestic and international relocation, as well as the company’s domestic temporary assignment program and international recruiting system.
New service industry representatives for 2014 include Andrea Massoud, GMS, Living in Brazil Global Human Capital Mobility, Barueri-Sao Paulo, Brazil; and Soren Olesen, Aperian Global, Kolding, Denmark. Massoud founded Living in Brazil and he Personal Place (for intercultural awareness). As managing partner of Living in Brazil, she oversees operations and coaches senior level expats, and her background in international affairs, immigration and labor law, human capital administration and intercultural awareness add to her strength as a strategist for international assignments and foreign direct investment projects to and from Brazil. Olesen is the director of global mobility partnerships and new business development at Aperian Global, with more than 25 years of global experience in account management. He is Aperian’s primary liaison to clients for business training solutions within its Global Assignment Services sector.
