Rosing, President & CEO of Dwellworks, LLC, in Cleveland, OH, USA.

“This is a pivotal time for the talent mobility industry, and Worldwide ERC® will be well served with the perspectives and experiences that Robert, Ed and Bob bring to our leadership team. Their skills are closely aligned with the strategic road map we’ve defined to move the association forward,” notes Worldwide ERC® Chair Cindy D. Salter, SCRP, SGMS, Executive Vice President with Brookfield Global Relocation Services. “Their collective work within specific HR/human capital, global talent mobility and executive management roles, in addition to experience within the geographic regions we are focusing on, are significant complements to the strengths we currently have in place.”

Robert Brezosky has more than 20 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition and global mobility, with a focus on building and developing global teams and programs that support business strategy. In his current role, he leads the group that provides all domestic and international relocation services. He oversees a flexible service delivery model, and has introduced new domestic and international relocation policies that implement innovations in core and flex benefits, and employee choice-driven offerings. Currently, Robert is leading the team through a comprehensive technology implementation, to gain efficiencies and improve the mobility experience. He also oversees Rotation Programs for Disney Technology and Accounting. Prior to Disney, Robert spent 16 years at PwC, where he held various leadership roles in recruiting, HR, and global mobility. He has served on the Worldwide ERC® U.S. Advisory Council, is a frequent speaker and panelist at association and industry events, and earned a Worldwide ERC® Meritorious Service Award earlier this year.

Ed Hannibal also brings over 20 years of experience to his role, cultivated through a blend of global mobility consulting and academic commitments.  With a deep knowledge of global mobility compensation, program management and practices, much of his career has been dedicated to bringing together and leading internationally diverse teams. HR management projects have taken him to more than a dozen countries on three continents.  He has lectured for Stanford University’s MBA program, and taught at Loyola University, in their Science in Industrial Relations Masters program. Ed has worked with top multinational corporations across North America and Europe, working to align their talent management and mobility programs with their overall business strategic direction.  Prior to joining Deloitte, Ed held leadership positions with Mercer and ORC.  He has been a frequent speaker and presenter at Worldwide ERC® meeting and other industry conferences, was a member of the Global Workforce Symposium Planning Committee, and earned a Meritorious Service Award in 2009.

With over 30 years of executive global relocation management, real estate and mortgage industry experience, Bob Rosing brings a unique blend of strategic leadership, change management and finance and operations acumen to his board position. Having been at the helm of a company that has grown in eight years from 30 to 250 associates in multiple global centers, he embraces a combination of positive disruption, innovative solutions and a culture of engagement and ownership. Prior to his role with Dwellworks, he held a variety of executive positions with such companies as Cooperative Mortgage Services, Inc., Appraisal Management Company and SIRVA Relocation. Bob has contributed to Worldwide ERC® in a variety of capacities over many years. These include authoring Mobility magazine articles, serving as a frequent panelist and speaker at annual conferences, contributing to the organization’s government affairs efforts, serving on its U.S. Advisory Council and Real Estate Coalition Board, and participating in focus groups. He received a Meritorious Service Award in 2004, and is a two-time recipient of the association’s Distinguished Service Award.
