Arlington, VA—The Worldwide ERC® Foundation for Workforce Mobility is pleased to announce the newest members elected to serve on its Board of Trustees. Beginning a three-year term effective January 1, 2015 are Kathleen Baker, CRP, GMS, Director of Relocation Services for VERSA Relocation in Coppell, Texas, USA; Gary F. Dittrich, GMS-T, of The Dittrich Group in Fairfield, Connecticut, USA; and Debbie Robinson, CRP, Vice President, Corporate Relocation for Crye-Leike, Realtors, Inc. in Memphis, Tennessee, USA.
Baker’s experience spans more than 20 years in the industry, from international freight and household goods transportation to full-service corporate relocation services for clients at the local, national and global levels. She earned both the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP®) and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS®) designations in 2006. She is a member of the Dallas Chapter of Executive Women International (EWI), currently serving on its membership committee, and an active member of the Austin Relocation Council.
Dittrich also brings over two decades of experience to his role. Prior to launching his current consultancy firm in early 2014, Dittrich served as Executive Vice President, Global Development with Altair Global Relocation, where he focused on growth in Europe and Asia. He has held prior industry consulting roles, and served in a variety of leadership positions with GMAC Relocation Services. An active Worldwide ERC® member, Dittrich currently serves as Chairman of its Government Affairs’ Global Forum, has authored numerous Mobility magazine articles, contributed to conference panels and was instrumental in the formation and development of its Coalition, or Center for Governmental Issues. Upon earning a fourth Distinguished Service Award, he was inducted into Worldwide ERC®’s Hall of Leaders last May.
Beginning her relocation career in 1993, Robinson has experience in both real estate and relocation management company roles. Prior to her current position, she was Vice President of Relocation Services with RealtySouth in Birmingham, Alabama, and Client Services Manager with Primacy Relocation in Memphis, Tennessee. She has contributed to Worldwide ERC® conference panels and Mobility magazine, and earned her CRP® in 2000. Robinson is a member of the Tennessee Relocation Council and the Relocation Directors Council (RDC), currently serving a two-year term on RDC’s Advisory Council.
In announcing news of their appointments, Foundation Chairman Al Blumenberg, SCRP, NEI Global Relocation noted “My fellow trustees and I are very pleased to welcome Kathleen, Gary and Debbie to the Board.
