Arlington, VA—Worldwide ERC® has introduced its new logo, symbolizing the organization’s global brand transformation and representing its position as the voice, the marketplace and the source for talent management and global mobility knowledge, worldwide. The substantial redesign of the logo is the first of many transformative initiatives to be unveiled in coming months.
“Our new visual identity and organizational initiatives are the result of extensive research into the needs of our dynamic and growing constituency,” said Worldwide ERC® President and CEO, Peggy Smith, SCRP, SGMS-T. “Throughout the remainder of 2016 and into 2017, our transformation will continue with upgraded technologies, fresh programming, targeted content and delivery channels, and a new mobile app. We are on a quest to change the workforce mobility community and shape the future of our industry.”
Three core design elements define the organization’s new logo: Its brand colors embrace the global communities of Worldwide ERC®, from Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East and the Americas. The curved symbol embodies the global mobility community, and the multi-pillar design at its center signify the people who are the heart of the industry and represent the digital ways in which they network and communicate. Reinforcing the connections in the mobility community, the interwoven red “swoosh” also depicts the organization’s forward movement. “Talent mobility professionals are a global, highly engaged and connected community, both personally and digitally,” says Ani Matson, Worldwide ERC®’s senior vice president, marketing and engagement. “The new logo reinforces these concepts and makes it easier for people to recognize us, all around the world.”
