Vice President, Research & Education
In her current role as Worldwide ERC®'s Vice President, Research & Education, Chris oversees both the research and educational programs for Worldwide ERC®, with a staff of four (3 full-time and one part-time) employees. Worldwide ERC®’s research program includes several major studies per year along with additional smaller benchmarking studies, and annual member and employee surveys. Worldwide ERC®’s education program includes the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP®) designation program, Worldwide ERC’s Global Mobility Specialist (GMS®) training based designation program (offered both online and live), and a variety of other online training programs. Chris and her team are responsible for developing website content that supports Worldwide ERC®’s member engagement strategies.
Chris brings to the table a valuable combination of skill sets cultivated through more than 30 years of management, communications, and technology experience with the Worldwide ERC®. During her 19 years in magazine publishing, she managed staff, graphic designers and volunteer authors to produce Worldwide ERC®'s monthly industry magazine. In 1999, she was tapped to create and maintain Worldwide ERC®'s interactive website and other technology-based membership offerings.
