Mark Lozano, SCRP, GMS is the Senior Vice President/Global Relocation Manager for Wells Fargo & Company. Mark has been in the relocation industry for over 24 years and with Wells Fargo for 26 years. His primary responsibilities include relocation strategy and oversight of the company’s in-house program for worldwide relocation as well as Wells Fargo’s U.S. Domestic Temporary Assignment program. Mark has been involved with regional relocation groups including Minnesota ERC, Wisconsin ERC, Iowa ERC, and the Midwest Relocation Conference. He is currently on the Worldwide ERC® Board of Directors serving as the 2016 Vice-Chair, Finance.

Sue Carey, SCRP, SGMS is Vice President, Corporate Relocation for Chicago's Baird & Warner. A licensed broker, she has been providing relocation services for over 20 years. Known for high-touch
executive level and group move management, Sue has expanded services to include customized solutions for recruitment and candidate decisions under the company name Relocation Decisions®. 

As a member of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (ERC®) Sue is a recipient of their Distinguished Service Award, has served as the Chairman of Worldwide ERC’s Certification Review Board and was a member of the 2012 U.S. Advisory Council. In addition, she is Past-President of the Relocation Directors Council® (RDC), a former and current advisory council member for a number of relocation management companies, and has served as an executive board member and CRP certification trainer for the Corporate Relocation Council (CRC) in Chicago.

Ed Hannibal is an advisor and leader of mobility and talent transformation projects around the globe, with two decades of experience.  Ed consults with clients on international pay practices as well as international HR issues. He led the global mobility compensation business for a large HR consultancy.  

Ed has worked with clients in over 13 countries and in many industries including: Automotive, Financial Services, High Tech, Pharma, Consumer Goods, Professional Services, and Engineering and Construction. He has spoken at many industry forums, and is quoted frequently in the media on global human resource issues.

Ed holds a Master of Science in Industrial Relations in Global HR Management; a Bachelor of Economics and the Worldwide ERC® Global Mobility Specialist designation.

   Robert Brezosky

Robert Brezosky is passionate about building and leading Global Mobility teams that support organizational success. As Director of Global Mobility and Leadership Development Programs for The Walt Disney Company based in Burbank, California, Robert leads the team responsible for providing domestic and international relocation services, as well as US immigration services, to all segments of the company worldwide. Since joining Disney three years ago, Robert has transformed their Global Mobility program by creating a flexible service delivery model that enables the strategic and seamless mobilization of talent. Robert also streamlined the number of vendor partnerships while enhancing services and reducing costs. In addition, Robert has led the Disney Global Mobility team in the development of new domestic and international relocation policies, which include core and flex benefits, as well as an innovative employee choice” offering. 

Currently, Robert is leading the team through a comprehensive implementation of Global Mobility technology to gain further efficiencies and improve the relocation experience. In addition to Global Mobility, Robert oversees Leadership Development Programs for Disney Technology and Accounting, and is in the process of designing several new programs for other business areas - all with a focus on attracting top talent and building future leaders. Prior to Disney, Robert spent 16 years at PwC where he held various leadership roles in Recruiting, HR, and Global Mobility. Robert is considered a thought leader in Global Mobility and speaks frequently at Mobility events globally. He is a member of Deloitte's Global Employer Services Executive Advisory Council and previously served as the Chair for Worldwide ERC®'s US Advisory Council. 

Peggy Smith, SCRP, SGMS-T

Peggy Smith, SCRP, SGMS-T is President and CEO of Worldwide ERC®. She is a strategic and adventurous leader with a keen eye for fresh concepts and solutions-oriented insight, who has extended the reach of the organization within the APAC, EMEA and LATAM regions. Under her guidance, Worldwide ERC® delivers next-gen content, community and engagement to talent management and mobility professionals.

Peggy holds a BA in marketing from Seattle University, has guest-lectured on talent mobility at Georgetown University and Seattle University, and is a contributing writer to the NACE Foundation. She also is an active member of the Forbes Nonprofit Council and an often-quoted thought leader on Forbes.com. A frequent keynoter and expert panelist at mobility and HR-related conferences around the world, Peggy shares her lens on global workforce issues, talent and skills shortages, multi-generational workplace considerations, and future mobility strategy.

Erik Eccles

Erik Eccles is a successful serial entrepreneur who, across multiple industries, has worked as a catalyst to grow markets. After 15 years of building his own companies and driving change at Cisco Systems and Yahoo!, Erik knows the intense work needed for success and how to engage customers, employees, and investors to build a business.  Erik’s two prior successes are Jumpcut (acquired by Yahoo!) and Versly (acquired by Cisco).  At Cisco, Erik and the Versly team was a major figure in the development and launch of their cloud based collaboration platform, Cisco Spark.  As CEO and Co-Founder at Urbandoor, Erik is focused on helping both corporate housing providers and multifamily apartment owners and operators benefit from the market transition beyond unfurnished apartments to fully serviced shorter term living solutions.  Erik continues to invest in and advise for numerous startups.  

Erik holds a degree in finance focused on venture from the University of Colorado Boulder where he was lucky enough to continue his competitive ski racing career. Erik works to live and spends his time with his wife Laura and two young kids in the San Francisco Bay Area as well as back in his hometown of Truckee, CA.

 

Kerwin Guillermo

Kerwin currently leads the Global Employee Mobility program for Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Prior to leading the global program, he spent 5 years concurrently managing Asia Mobility and Talent Acquisition Operations for the region. Prior to that he led several major change initiatives across multiple HR functions at Intel for 14 years.  His career allowed him to experience Mobility as he moved from Manila to Singapore.

 

Heather Henry

Heather Henry is the Director of Global Mobility at Tesla, Inc. (NYSE: TSLA).  The Global Mobility function provides U.S. domestic relocation, international assignment/transfer coordination and ongoing assignment administration for colleagues of Tesla, Inc. 

Heather has a wide range of global mobility experience, including international relocation, compensation, taxation, accounting and immigration; expertise in pay, benefits and HR technologies. She also is responsible for cost control, vendor management, compliance and risk mitigation and development of the company’s data analytics platform to bring fresh insight and innovation to the Tesla mobility strategy.  Before joining Tesla, Heather worked at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Capital Group Companies and UBS Investment Bank for 14 years.  Heather’s interests range from piano playing to basketball, and although now retired from competitive basketball, she played in the UK National League for over 10 years.

Working from Weichert’s Center of Excellence in Miami’s Blue Lagoon business district, Regional Vice President, Latin America Gustavo Higuera manages operations in Latin America, spearheading strategic expansion and helping clients optimize their workforce mobility programs across this region. Hailing from Colombia and fluent in English and Spanish, Gustavo has over 20 years of experience preparing companies and mobile employees for success in the LATAM market. He also possesses a solid track record for building service and support teams in this region. Before joining Weichert, Gustavo served as VP, Latin American Operations with Prudential Relocation, responsible for client relations, supplier development, new business, logistics and service support for the company’s entire Latin America footprint. He has also served as Marketing & Sales Manager, Financial Services Latin America for American Express International based out of Caracas, Venezuela and Miami, Florida, Chief Marketing Officer for Banorte Financial in Mexico, and Executive Director with UNO Financial Group, responsible for business units in Panama and Peru. Gustavo holds an MBA from leading Venezuelan business school, the Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Administración (IESA). He has also earned the Certified Relocation Professional/CRP® and the Global Mobility Specialist/GMS® designations from Worldwide ERC®.

With over 30 years of executive experience in global relocation management and mortgage services, Bob Rosing is President and CEO of Dwellworks, a provider of global relocation support solutions to the mobility industry. Bob has the responsibility of providing leadership and strategic direction to the organization, focusing on customer needs around the globe.  

Prior to Dwellworks, Bob held executive roles for companies ultimately acquired by SIRVA Relocation, where he was president from 2002-2006; earlier experience included running Cooperative Mortgage Services, Inc. and AMCO (The Appraisal Management Company.) As President of SIRVA Relocation, Bob was responsible for overseeing all business operations, and was accountable for the integration of operations and services globally. 

Bob has an MBA from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor’s Degree from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. He is passionate about the relocation industry and participates in various panels and industry groups, including in his current role as a member of the Worldwide ERC® Board of Directors. Bob, the Leadership Team, and the associates of Dwellworks in all their locations are avid supporters of community involvement and philanthropy. Bob’s passion is education and civic support, as evidenced by his volunteerism as a board member of Cleveland Central Catholic High School, Cleveland State University Foundation, and Global Cleveland - a nonprofit organization committed to bringing international business and focus to the region.

Andrew Walker, GMS, is the Global Mobility leader for EY’s internal mobility program.  EY moves over 4,000 staff annually between over 1,000 different home and host country combinations. He has worked in the mobility field for over 25 years and has previously lead the mobility function at WorleyParsons and Thomson Reuters, while also working in other mobility roles at Principal and Goldman Sachs.  Additionally, Andrew has held client-facing mobility roles with Prudential Relocation (now Brookfield) and Mercer.

Kathleen is the Director of Relocation Services for VERSA Relocation.   As VERSA’s Director of Relocation, Kathleen is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations with the VERSA team, as well as setting and fulfilling long-term goals for VERSA. Kathleen came to VERSA in 2011 from Seattle, Washington, where she was Director of Relocation for more than 14 years with a relocation management company. Her relocation experience spans more than 25 years in the industry from International freight and household goods transportation to full service relocation.  Kathleen provides strong leadership to the team as they deliver quality relocation services to our clients and their relocating employees. Kathleen holds Certified Relocation Professional (CRP®) and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS-T®) and Strategic Talent Mobility designations from workforce mobility association Worldwide ERC®. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Worldwide ERC® Foundation for Workforce Mobility, and is its Chair-Elect and in 2018 as Chairman. She has been an active member of Worldwide ERC® since 1998.

Robert is Fragomen’s Executive Director and has been with the firm for over 20 years. He helps to drive the execution and mobilization of Fragomen’s vision globally through his leadership roles in firm strategy, client service and engagement, and integrated solutions. Robert works closely with clients and leaders around the world to enable broader and more mobile workforce models through innovative initiatives. He works closely with many of the firm’s leading clients to adapt our services to their different cultures and work models, and is able to leverage these relationships to help both the firm and clients remain at the forefront of evolving industry trends and strategies. Robert plays a significant role in a number of the firm’s advanced consulting approaches to strategic partnering, integration, talent management and acquisition, mobility as a strategy, program design, and analytics. Prior to joining Fragomen he spent nearly a decade at one of the Big 4 firms in their consulting, acquisition advisory and audit groups. Robert has been an active member of Worldwide ERC for many years and a member of its Board of Directors since 2012. He will serve as the organization's Chairman of the Board in 2017. Along with other board affiliations, Robert speaks frequently around the world on mobility, the importance of technology and engagement and other dynamic business trends. Robert is a graduate of the University of Southern California and University of Southern California-Marshall School of Business.
