Lynn Shotwell is President and CEO of Worldwide ERC®, the world’s leading association for professionals engaged in global talent mobility. A visionary leader with expertise at the intersection of international employment law, global talent mobility and corporate social responsibility, Lynn has worked with companies and governments to advance policies to facilitate global talent mobility. Prior to joining Worldwide ERC®, Lynn served as Senior Vice President, Global Outreach and Operations for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and as Executive Director of the Council for Global Immigration. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees of World Education Services and is co-chair of the Business Advisory Group to the Global Forum on Migration and Development. Lynn received her JD from the University of Michigan and BA from Michigan State University and holds GMS and SHRM-SCP certifications.

Brendan McKenna is a Vice President and International Economist with Wells Fargo Securities. Based in New York, he provides commentary on global macroeconomic developments and foreign exchange markets through several Wells Fargo publications, with primary focus on emerging markets. Before joining Wells Fargo, he worked as a macro strategist for Citigroup in New York, where he was responsible for identifying thematic macroeconomic trends as well as analyzing individual economies with a particular focus on emerging markets. Brendan graduated from Fairfield University with a B.S. in finance and received his M.B.A. with a dual concentration in capital markets and investments as well as corporate finance from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Charles partners with corporate clients to assist in reviewing internal policies and processes in order to implement best practices and ensure compliance with obligations under local immigration laws. He also provides strategic immigration advice as part of broader workforce planning, talent attraction, mobilization and retention, and in situations where immigration law may intersect with other areas of law, such as family law, employment law, mergers and acquisitions or business restructures).
Working with corporate clients that operate across a variety of sectors (including telecommunications, information technology, engineering, financial services, retail and professional services), Charles has worked with a number of the world's largest multinational corporations, major Australian corporations, small- and medium-sized enterprises, and start-up companies. He has also assisted individual clients with a broad range of temporary and permanent visa applications, including applications for review. Charles speaks fluent English and Indonesian and conversational Japanese and Chinese.
