Anne Bartoloni, SCRP
Anne Bartoloni is the 2020 Chair of the Worldwide ERC® Foundation for Workforce Mobility. Anne most recently was a Regional Vice President for the Corporate Mortgage Programs group of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, located in Minneapolis, MN and worked for Wells for over 25 years. Prior to joining Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Anne managed the Relocation Mortgage division for First Bank in Minneapolis.
Anne is passionate about volunteering and making a difference in our communities and has been actively involved over the years with various charitable and volunteer initiatives. During her time at Wells Fargo, Anne had an opportunity to lead several large outreach initiatives including the position of Co-Chair of the 2015 Minnesota Community Support Campaign and the President and Senior Advisor for the Minnesota Volunteer Chapter. She is an active volunteer with organizations like Habitat for Humanity, Second Harvest Heartland and various local non-profit and community outreach programs. Having the opportunity to bring together her passion for making a difference in our communities combined with supporting the Worldwide ERC® Foundation for Workforce Mobility initiatives brings Anne’s career in mobility and non-profits full circle.
Anne grew up in Colorado and relocated to Minneapolis in the late 80’s with First Bank. She lives in Excelsior, MN with her husband and enjoys spending time with her family and summer weekends at the lake in northern Minnesota!
Eve Seib, CRP, GMS
Eve Seib is Vice Chair of the Worldwide ERC® Foundation for Workforce Mobility. Eve is a President who partners with clients—big and small—to deliver world-class global mobility and relocation programs. Starting her tenth year as President of OneSource Relocation, Eve’s continued enthusiasm for the global mobility industry knows no bounds. Her commitment to her people, her clients and her industry are what makes her strategic partnership, valuable insight and unending quest for the greatest mobility experience possible. Eve knows what truly drives a great mobility experience – the brightest minds and kindest hearts in the industry supported by the finest technology available with a focus on continuous communication with both the client and the transferring employee.
Eve began her career with Arthur Andersen serving in various roles throughout the organization, including marketing, account management, global sales and global account development. Upon the dissolution of Arthur Andersen, Eve moved over to the client side, working in competitive intelligence and marketing strategy. In 2008, Eve purchased OneSource Relocation, a now 20-year-old full service relocation management company, and has led its growth and evolution into the global, service-obsessed, client and customer-centric company it is today.
She is an active participant in Worldwide ERC®, serving on the 2016 Global Workforce Symposium and 2017 Americas Mobility Conference Planning Task Forces, and the 2017 Foundation Gala’s Auction Committee. Eve is a licensed real estate Broker and holds the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP)® and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS)® designations. She has served as the President and Board member of the Southeastern Regional Relocation Council (SRRC), and is a Board member of the Tennessee Relocation Council (TRC) and a member of the Detroit Regional Relocation Council (DRRC). She has also spoken at several regional and national conferences.
A member of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), OneSource Relocation holds its designation as a WBENC-certified woman-owned business. Eve was also the recipient of the 2017 Enterprising Woman of the Year Award.
Eve holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Stetson University and a Master of Arts degree in Public Relations from the University of South Florida.
In her free time, she spends every moment she can with her own very important family: husband, Greg and children Grayson, Eden and Meredith.
Alexander's Mobility Services
Zeke Oaks is a Vice President for Alexander’s Mobility Services, a leading agent of Atlas Van Lines. His two and a half decades in the industry include time spent in quality and operations as well as sales. Zeke has shared his knowledge of the mobility industry as a speaker at both corporate and industry events and has led training programs for service delivery team members.
Zeke is an avid supporter of his local ERC organization both as a volunteer and presenter. He is currently on the Board of the Minnesota Employee Relocation Council, serving as Vice President. Additionally, he has volunteered his time as a youth coach and youth minister.
Karen M. Gerba, SCRP, GMS
Karen is currently the Head of National Corporate Relocation Mortgage with HSBC Bank. She has over 25 years of relationship management and leadership experience, including a track record of success bringing national relocation and corporate employee mortgage programs to Fortune 1,000 companies. She is responsible for the sales and marketing of HSBC’s mortgage relocation proposition to its corporate banking clients and assisting with international and employee banking service propositions. Karen joined HSBC from JPMorgan Chase, where she served as a Vice President in Corporate Relocations in the Northeast Region. Prior to that, she was a National Business Development Sales Executive for Bank of America’s Relocation and Corporate Services Division. She has been an active member of Worldwide ERC® since 1987, holding numerous committee and panel presentation roles, and is a Meritorious Service award recipient. She has also held numerus board positions with Worldwide ERC®-recognized regional relocation groups, including the New Jersey Relocation Council (NJRC), Delaware Valley Relocation Council (DVRC) and Northeast Ohio Relocation Roundtable (NEORR). She continues to be an active member of NJRC, DVRC, the New England Relocation Association (NERA), the New York Council of Relocation Professionals (NYCorp), the Greater Pittsburgh Relocation Council (GPRC), the Greater Richmond Relocation Council (GRRC) and the Greater Washington Employee Relocation Council (GWERC).
Gary M. Grund
Budd Van Lines
Gary has over 25 years of experience in Fortune 500 sales and marketing. He has been with Budd Van Lines for 20 years and since 1998 was the company’s leading sales representative. In December of 2007 Gary was promoted to Vice President of National Sales and managed Budd’s business development and marketing programs. In 2012 Gary was promoted to Senior Vice President and expanded his role in company operations.
Gary is past Chairman and President of the Greater Richmond Relocation Council, and has served on the boards of the New Jersey and Delaware Valley Relocation Councils. He is a member of WERC and has spoken at numerous national and regional conferences.Gary and his wife Pam have four boys. The family enjoys outdoor activities in the Adirondacks as well as soccer, golf, tennis and fishing.
Bill Werth, CRP
Westerberg Global Mobility
Bill Werth is Vice President Corporate Sales/Administration with Nelson Westerberg. He’s been in the global mobility industry for over 20 years with roles in sales and operations. Bill achieved the Worldwide ERC® Certified Relocation Professional® designation and is a Meritorious Service Award recipient. He has volunteered in multiple capacities with the organization, including conference speaking, committee participation and is currently serving as a Worldwide ERC® Foundation Board of Trustee Member. In addition to his Worldwide ERC® involvement, he is active in several regional relocation groups. Bill was the recipient of the 2018 Sandra M. Welbourn Service Award from the Corporate Relocation Council of Chicago in recognition of his contributions to the industry.
Cheryl Bilancia, CRP, SGMS-T
For the past ten years Cheryl has been working on the corporate side for ON Semiconductor, a Motorola spin off company, located in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role she wears multiple hats to manage a global program which includes visa and immigration. She is responsible for program development and management, vendor/supplier partnerships, training, audit and compliance, cost control, creating standard operating procedures and is the subject matter expert for global mobility on the merger and acquisition team.
Cheryl is a subject matter expert with industry certifications, both CRP and SGMS-T certified, she has an international business degree, and has previously served on two (2) Worldwide ERC® committees. In addition she was one of the “founding,” member of the Arizona Relocation Alliance group and served on the board for twelve years as Director/VP of Education and Community Service.
John Brennan, SCRP
Brennan Title Company
John M. Brennan, SCRP, is an attorney and president of Brennan Title Company, established in 1991 and operating in Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C., Delaware and West Virginia. In addition to his extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate closings, escrow, title, and settlement services, he is an active member of and contributor to multiple professional associations, including Worldwide ERC®; the National, Maryland, Prince George’s and Ann Arundel County Associations of Realtors; the Maryland Home Builder’s Association; and the American and Maryland Land Title Associations. John provides pro-bono services in aid of distressed homeowners for Community Legal Services, and in 2012, he founded “Help for the Hungry and Homeless,” a 501(c)3 approved charitable institution which has contributed over $150,000 to families, individuals, orphans’ homes and food banks in the United States, Africa and Bosnia.
In addition to John’s role as a trustee on the Worldwide ERC® Foundation Board, he has served on numerous other Worldwide ERC® committees and task forces and is an active participant in the Government Affairs Forums. John has contributed to Mobility magazine, received a Meritorious Service Award in 2006, and is a two-time Distinguished Service Award recipient. A resident of Annapolis, Maryland, John is also licensed with the Maryland Bar and as a real estate broker in the state. He served as a first lieutenant in the U.S. Army and received his undergraduate degree from Spring Hill College and his L.L.B. from George Washington University.
Bob Portale, SCRP, SGMS-T
Bob joined RELO Direct® as the President & CEO in 2006. Since joining RELO Direct®, Bob has developed the company from a small, regionally based provider, to a robust, consultative, global organization with a growing and diverse client base. As President & CEO, Bob is heavily involved in all areas of managing RELO Direct®, including sales, marketing, client engagement, and operations. He actively participates in client solution strategies, marketing initiatives, and education forums. Bob is a highly visible leader in the real estate and relocation industry. He holds both the SCRP® (Senior Certified Relocation Professional) and the SGMS-T® (Senior Global Mobility Specialist: Strategic Talent Management) designations from Worldwide ERC®. Bob was one of only eight leaders in the mobility industry to first earn the specialized Strategic Talent Management classification. Bob also holds a real estate license and is a past recipient of Worldwide ERC’s Meritorious and Distinguished Service Awards.
Robert L. Giese, SCRP® GMS
Rob is currently Chairman of the Worldwide ERC® Foundation for Workforce Mobility. He joined Sterling Lexicon with more than 30 years of global mobility experience and is the executive leading the direction of their innovation and change initiatives. His department partners with internal and client users to provide unique and innovative technology solutions to solve the ever-changing needs of the customer with a focus on tomorrow.
Rob brings a rare blend of talent to his role, having spent a number of years progressing through a variety of positions with a major relocation management company, before taking on the responsibility of managing a large in-house relocation program. There he specialized in relocation taxation and global compensation as well as guided the development of proprietary relocation software to manage and automate their policy and expense administration. Utilizing his corporate experience, Rob took on the role of Project Manager, implementing relocation management software for Fortune 500 companies. He later joined the industry’s leading mobility technology firm as Senior Director/Product Manager, where he ushered the first web-based relocation expense and tax management program through development to market. Following this success, his focus shifted toward global technologies as he became an integral life-line to organizations throughout the implementation of mobility solutions.
In addition to his work with the Foundation and previous Worldwide ERC® committee roles, Rob participates in many other mobility industry initiatives as well. He is in his twelfth year as a board member of the Rocky Mountain Relocation Council. Rob has held his Senior Certified Relocation Professional (SCRP®) designation for nearly 20 years, and holds the Global Mobility Specialist (GMS®) designation. He has obtained degrees in both Computer Science and Applied Behavioral Science.
