Rob is currently Chairman of the Worldwide ERC® Foundation for Workforce Mobility. He joined Sterling Lexicon with more than 30 years of global mobility experience and is the executive leading the direction of their innovation and change initiatives. His department partners with internal and client users to provide unique and innovative technology solutions to solve the ever-changing needs of the customer with a focus on tomorrow.

Rob brings a rare blend of talent to his role, having spent a number of years progressing through a variety of positions with a major relocation management company, before taking on the responsibility of managing a large in-house relocation program. There he specialized in relocation taxation and global compensation as well as guided the development of proprietary relocation software to manage and automate their policy and expense administration. Utilizing his corporate experience, Rob took on the role of Project Manager, implementing relocation management software for Fortune 500 companies. He later joined the industry’s leading mobility technology firm as Senior Director/Product Manager, where he ushered the first web-based relocation expense and tax management program through development to market. Following this success, his focus shifted toward global technologies as he became an integral life-line to organizations throughout the implementation of mobility solutions.

In addition to his work with the Foundation and previous Worldwide ERC® committee roles, Rob participates in many other mobility industry initiatives as well. He is in his twelfth year as a board member of the Rocky Mountain Relocation Council. Rob has held his Senior Certified Relocation Professional (SCRP®) designation for nearly 20 years, and holds the Global Mobility Specialist (GMS®) designation. He has obtained degrees in both Computer Science and Applied Behavioral Science.

Anne Bartoloni is Chair-Elect of the Worldwide ERC® Foundation for Workforce Mobility. Anne is a Regional Vice President for the Relocation Program of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, located in Minneapolis, MN. She has been with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage for 23 years, and involved in the Mortgage and Relocation industry since 1987. Prior to joining Norwest/WFHM, Anne managed the Relocation Mortgage division for First Bank in Minneapolis.

In her current position today, Anne has oversight and responsibility for managing teams that build strategic alliances with Relocation Management companies and Federal Government Agencies. She also represents Wells Fargo on the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council Regulatory and Compliance and Real Estate and Mortgage Forums.

Anne is passionate about volunteering and making a difference in our Communities and is proud and grateful to work for an organization like Wells Fargo that encourages and enables team members to get involved. In 2015 Anne was the Co-Chair of the Minnesota Community Support Campaign as well as the Senior Advisor for the Wells Fargo Minnesota Volunteer Chapter. She is also the Executive Sponsor for the Everybody Wins reading program, and an active member of the Women’s Team Member Network.

Anne grew up in Colorado and relocated to Minneapolis in the late 80’s with First Bank. She lives in Chanhassen, MN with her husband and youngest daughter.

Eve Seib is Vice Chair of the Worldwide ERC® Foundation for Workforce Mobility. Eve is a President who partners with clients—big and small—to deliver world-class global mobility and relocation programs. Starting her tenth year as President of OneSource Relocation, Eve’s continued enthusiasm for the global mobility industry knows no bounds. Her commitment to her people, her clients and her industry are what makes her strategic partnership, valuable insight and unending quest for the greatest mobility experience possible. Eve knows what truly drives a great mobility experience – the brightest minds and kindest hearts in the industry supported by the finest technology available with a focus on continuous communication with both the client and the transferring employee.

Eve began her career with Arthur Andersen serving in various roles throughout the organization, including marketing, account management, global sales and global account development. Upon the dissolution of Arthur Andersen, Eve moved over to the client side, working in competitive intelligence and marketing strategy. In 2008, Eve purchased OneSource Relocation, a now 20-year-old full service relocation management company, and has led its growth and evolution into the global, service-obsessed, client and customer-centric company it is today.

She is an active participant in Worldwide ERC®, serving on the 2016 Global Workforce Symposium and 2017 Americas Mobility Conference Planning Task Forces, and the 2017 Foundation Gala’s Auction Committee. Eve is a licensed real estate Broker and holds the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP)® and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS)® designations. She has served as the President and Board member of the Southeastern Regional Relocation Council (SRRC), and is a Board member of the Tennessee Relocation Council (TRC) and a member of the Detroit Regional Relocation Council (DRRC). She has also spoken at several regional and national conferences.

A member of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), OneSource Relocation holds its designation as a WBENC-certified woman-owned business. Eve was also the recipient of the 2017 Enterprising Woman of the Year Award.

Eve holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Stetson University and a Master of Arts degree in Public Relations from the University of South Florida.

In her free time, she spends every moment she can with her own very important family: husband, Greg and children Grayson, Eden and Meredith.

Karen M. Gerba, SCRP, GMS

Karen M. Gerba, SCRP, GMS
HSBC Bank

Karen is currently the Head of National Corporate Relocation Mortgage with HSBC Bank. She has over 25 years of relationship management and leadership experience, including a track record of success bringing national relocation and corporate employee mortgage programs to Fortune 1,000 companies. She is responsible for the sales and marketing of HSBC’s mortgage relocation proposition to its corporate banking clients and assisting with international and employee banking service propositions. Karen joined HSBC from JPMorgan Chase, where she served as a Vice President in Corporate Relocations in the Northeast Region. Prior to that, she was a National Business Development Sales Executive for Bank of America’s Relocation and Corporate Services Division. She has been an active member of Worldwide ERC® since 1987, holding numerous committee and panel presentation roles, and is a Meritorious Service award recipient. She has also held numerus board positions with Worldwide ERC®-recognized regional relocation groups, including the New Jersey Relocation Council (NJRC), Delaware Valley Relocation Council (DVRC) and Northeast Ohio Relocation Roundtable (NEORR). She continues to be an active member of NJRC, DVRC, the New England Relocation Association (NERA), the New York Council of Relocation Professionals (NYCorp), the Greater Pittsburgh Relocation Council (GPRC), the Greater Richmond Relocation Council (GRRC) and the Greater Washington Employee Relocation Council (GWERC).

Gary has over 25 years of experience in Fortune 500 sales and marketing. He has been with Budd Van Lines for 20 years and since 1998 was the company’s leading sales representative. In December of 2007 Gary was promoted to Vice President of National Sales and managed Budd’s business development and marketing programs. In 2012 Gary was promoted to Senior Vice President and expanded his role in company operations.

Gary is past Chairman and President of the Greater Richmond Relocation Council, and has served on the boards of the New Jersey and Delaware Valley Relocation Councils. He is a member of WERC and has spoken at numerous national and regional conferences.Gary and his wife Pam have four boys. The family enjoys outdoor activities in the Adirondacks as well as soccer, golf, tennis and fishing.

Steven began a three-year term as a Foundation Board of Trustee member in 2017. He currently serves as President and CEO of HomeServices Relocation, headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he is responsible for leadership in all aspects of the business and providing direct management for strategy, sales and marketing, and technology. Over the last 15 years, Steven has held a variety of executive management roles with some of the premier companies in the relocation industry. His direct responsibilities have included client relations, service operations, client accounting and technology. Prior to his career in relocation, Steven worked for several Fortune 500 companies in various executive management positions involving finance, budgeting, operations and strategic planning.

In addition to his role with the Foundation, he has been very active in Worldwide ERC® in numerous other capacities, including having served as Chairman for the Certification Review Board, as a task force member, Mobility magazine article author, and conference panelist. He holds the Senior Certified Relocation Professional (SCRP®) and Senior Global Mobility Specialist-Talent (SGMS-T®) designations, and has received Worldwide ERC®’s Meritorious and Distinguished Service Awards. Steven was also recently named to the Relocation Director’s Council (RDC) Advisory Board.

He earned his CPA in 1984 with Deloitte & Touche, and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA. Steven enjoys golf, sailing and is a private pilot, flying both gliders and single engine aircraft.

Amberley Johnson

Amberley Johnson began a three-year term as a Foundation Board of Trustee member in 2017. She is COO & Co-Founder of Global Expertise® the world’s largest Global Immigration Resource Company, and is a world renown expert on global immigration who has transferred her exclusive technical expertise into the systems and culture of her growing company. With a career spanning two decades, her managerial and technical experiences include many firsts in the industry; as well as numerous awards and accolades attributed to her influence on the industry and global business altogether. She has been instrumental in designing global services for many of the largest and most prominent brands spanning across nearly every multinational industry. Of note, Amberley launched the first-ever Brazilian-based immigration law firm within the United States, introduced global immigration to the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA), and was innovative in creating a global immigration services program by a technology provider. When she is not leading the operations for her company, Amberley is a frequent guest speaker, technical advisor, and business practice author. She has written articles for Mobility magazine and served on Worldwide ERC®’s Communications Committee and Global Advisory Council.

Zeke Oaks

Zeke Oaks is a Vice President for Alexander’s Mobility Services, a leading agent of Atlas Van Lines. His two and a half decades in the industry include time spent in quality and operations as well as sales. Zeke has shared his knowledge of the mobility industry as a speaker at both corporate and industry events and has led training programs for service delivery team members.

Zeke is an avid supporter of his local ERC organization both as a volunteer and presenter. He is currently on the Board of the Minnesota Employee Relocation Council, serving as Vice President. Additionally, he has volunteered his time as a youth coach and youth minister.

Debra A. Ritchie, CRP, GMS-T began her service as a Foundation Board of Trustee member in 2017, and is Senior Mobility Advisor for Marathon Petroleum Corporation, formerly Andeavor, Inc., a fortune 100 company out of San Antonio, Texas. She has worked in relocation for ten years, all of which have been at Marathon Petroleum Corporation. She currently serves on the San Antonio Regional Relocation Council Board of Directors as Vice President. She has been a speaker, moderator or panelist at several Worldwide ERC® events, was a contributing author to Worldwide ERC®‘s Guide to Managing the Mobile Workforce, and has served on a spring conference Program Planning Committee.

Although Debra has not been in relocation very long, she does come from a background that provides her with the depth and wealth of knowledge required of a mobility professional. She has worked in the C-Suite for the majority of her career, so she excels in meeting the needs of all her customers, whether they are executives, vendors, or transferees.

Bill Werth is Vice President Corporate Sales/Administration with Nelson Westerberg. He’s been in the global mobility industry for over 20 years with roles in sales and operations. Bill achieved the Worldwide ERC® Certified Relocation Professional® designation and is a Meritorious Service Award recipient. He has volunteered in multiple capacities with the organization, including conference speaking, committee participation and is currently serving as a Worldwide ERC® Foundation Board of Trustee Member. In addition to his Worldwide ERC® involvement, he is active in several regional relocation groups. Bill was the recipient of the 2018 Sandra M. Welbourn Service Award from the Corporate Relocation Council of Chicago in recognition of his contributions to the industry.

Kathleen is currently Immediate Past Chairman of the Worldwide ERC® Foundation for Workforce Mobility. She is the Director, Global Destination Services for Cultural Awareness, Inc where she is responsible for day to day operation of the Destination Services team and consultants globally as well as setting and fulfilling long-term goals for the organization. Kathleen came to Cultural Awareness, Inc. from VERSA Relocation as Director of Relocation Services. Previously she came from Seattle, Washington, where she was director of relocation for more than 14 years with a relocation management company. Her relocation industry experience spans more than 25 years, with roles in international freight and household goods transportation to full service relocation. Kathleen holds the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP®), Global Mobility Specialist and Strategic Talent Mobility (GMS-T®) designations from Worldwide ERC®. She has been a member of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees since 2015, and an active member of Worldwide ERC® since 1998.
