Zeke Oaks is a Vice President for Alexander’s Mobility Services, a leading agent of Atlas Van Lines. His two and a half decades in the industry include time spent in quality and operations as well as sales. Zeke has shared his knowledge of the mobility industry as a speaker at both corporate and industry events and has led training programs for service delivery team members.

Zeke is an avid supporter of his local ERC organization both as a volunteer and presenter. He has volunteered for Foundation for Workforce Mobility since 2014, and he has served in the leadership roles for the last three years. Zeke is also serving as Vice President on the Board of the Minnesota Employee Relocation Council. Additionally, he has volunteered his time as a youth coach and youth minister.

Shannon Brown is a mobility industry leader, mother, dog lover and an avid Minnesota Twins fan who grew up in the western suburbs of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Shannon is Director of Referral Engagement with @properties and she has been in the relocation industry since 2003. Shannon holds three certifications: a Professional of Human Resources (PHR), a Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) and a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and she is also a licensed Realtor. When Shannon is not working on relocation, you can find her cheering on her daughter Madyson at a dance competition, rooting for her son Trevor’s lacrosse team, spoiling her dogs Koda and Zoe, or taking time out for herself at the gym.

Stephen McGarry, SCRP, is the WPP Director of Global Mobility. In this capacity, he oversees the Mobility function, including domestic and international relocation, policy development, vendor selection and management, international assignment compensation, personal taxation, and immigration compliance for WPP, and all its member companies.

Stephen is active in the Worldwide ERC® and the Mobility communities. He has served on the Worldwide ERC® Board of Directors, earned the Meritorious Service Award in 2007 and 3 Distinguished Service Awards. He served as Chairman of the Worldwide ERC® Editorial Advisory Committee, Procurement Task Force, US Advisory Committee and the Global Advisory Committee, and has received the Worldwide ERC® President's Award.

Stephen is a recognized author for the MOBILITY magazine, and a frequent speaker and presenter at Worldwide ERC® meetings, as well as other Regional Mobility events. Stephen holds a degree in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

In his spare time, Stephen likes to play golf and volleyball, spend time with his wife and two daughters, and coach volleyball.

John M. Brennan, SCRP, is an attorney and president of Brennan Title Company, established in 1991 and operating in Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C. and Delaware. In addition to his extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate closings, escrow, title, and settlement services, he is an active member of and contributor to multiple professional associations, including Worldwide ERC®; the National, Maryland, Prince George’s and Ann Arundel County Associations of Realtors; the Maryland Home Builder’s Association; and the American and Maryland Land Title Associations. John provides pro-bono services in aid of distressed homeowners for Community Legal Services, and in 2012, he founded “Help for the Hungry and Homeless,” a 501(c)3 approved charitable institution which has contributed over $150,000 to families, individuals, orphans’ homes and food banks in the United States, Africa and Bosnia.

In addition to John’s role as a trustee on the Worldwide ERC® Foundation Board, he has served on numerous other Worldwide ERC® committees and task forces and is an active participant in the Government Affairs Forums. John has contributed to Mobility magazine, received a Meritorious Service Award in 2006, and is a two-time Distinguished Service Award recipient. A resident of Annapolis, Maryland, John is also licensed with the Maryland Bar and as a real estate broker in the state. He served as a first lieutenant in the U.S. Army and received his undergraduate degree from Spring Hill College and his L.L.B. from George Washington University.

Bob joined RELO Direct® as the President & CEO in 2006. Since joining RELO Direct®, Bob has developed the company from a small, regionally based provider, to a robust, consultative, global organization with a growing and diverse client base. As President & CEO, Bob is heavily involved in all areas of managing RELO Direct®, including sales, marketing, client engagement, and operations. He actively participates in client solution strategies, marketing initiatives, and education forums. Bob is a highly visible leader in the real estate and relocation industry. He holds both the SCRP® (Senior Certified Relocation Professional) and the SGMS-T® (Senior Global Mobility Specialist: Strategic Talent Management) designations from Worldwide ERC®. Bob was one of only eight leaders in the mobility industry to first earn the specialized Strategic Talent Management classification. Bob also holds a real estate license and is a past recipient of Worldwide ERC’s Meritorious and Distinguished Service Awards.

Angel Lozano

Angel Lozano was born in Spain. He started his professional career working in the United States for the television industry as a producer. He moved to Spain and focused his career on corporate communications. In 2015, he moved to South Korea and worked as Brand Director for North London Collegiate School, a British international school on the island of Jeju. Currently, he is the Director of Institutional Advancement at TASIS The American School in England (London) covering Admissions, Marketing, Communications, and Alumni Relations.

Elizabeth Hotze joined CWS Corporate Housing, a leader in short-term furnished apartment rentals, in 2018 as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. A veteran of the relocation industry with more than 20 years in the industry, she leads a world-class team of sales and marketing professionals at CWS. Beyond guiding the CWS team to exceed sales goals and provide exceptional customer service, Elizabeth is also charged with advancing the company’s mission, values, ethics, and strategies by driving innovation, identifying trends, and developing business plans. In her first full year with CWS, she leads her team to exceed their new business growth target by 250%.

Before joining CWS, Elizabeth excelled as the Director of Global Sales for Oakwood Corporate Housing, where she was responsible for overseeing global sales and growth for, at the time, the worldwide leading temporary housing company.

Maintaining a pulse on the industry, Elizabeth is an active member of relocation trade associations, including the Forum for Expatriate Management and the worldwide Employee Relocation Council® (ERC). She has earned the ERC’s Corporate Relocation Professional and Global Mobility Specialist certifications. Additionally, she served on the board of the Charlotte Metro Area Relocation Council, as well as various committees for ERC. Elizabeth is a resource and thought leader for internal and external stakeholders, even achieving LinkedIn’s “Author” status in 2019.

In addition to professional association involvement, Elizabeth has always been involved in nonprofit organizations. She is currently on the board of directors for Mapping Your Future and Money Management International (MMI). She is also the chair of the board resource committee for MMI. Elizabeth holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental sustainability from Meredith College in Raleigh, N.C. She and her husband reside in Charleston, S.C. where they are close to family and friends.

Timothy Nowak

Timothy began his mobility journey in April 2011 as a Consultant with Graebel Relocation Services Worldwide. In this role, Timothy coordinated all aspects of the relocation benefits administration, including the home buyout, budgeted moves, and international moves. In October 2015, he accepted a position with TRC Global Mobility, INC focusing on leading a team, new systems implementation, and account management. In May 2018 he was hand-selected for the role of Relocation Director at Perry & Co in Denver working with organizations moving their employees to and from the Mile High City. In Spring 2019, he attained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SCP) certification as prescribed by the Society of Human Resource Management. Timothy joined Coldwell Banker in June 2021 as the Leads Director for Arizona, Colorado, & Utah. He is a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS-T), Timothy also holds an MBA in international business from Southeast Missouri State University, a BA in business administration along with a Spanish minor from Benedictine College, and a Colorado real estate license. Tim is a member of Rocky Mountain Relocation Council (RMRC) & Relocation Directors Council (RDC). During his free time, Timothy enjoys hiking in beautiful Colorado, exploring the Denver food scene, travel, and yoga.

David Bunnell

David Bunnell is Vice President, Sales for Transportation Worldwide - a corporate household goods forwarder. David is a member of Transportation Worldwide’s Senior Leadership Team and is responsible for corporate business development, account management, and sales strategy development. Since joining Transportation Worldwide close to 15 years ago, David has traveled the country developing relationships and driving sales efforts. David has been very active in the relocation and global mobility community and regularly attends the WERC conferences and many WERC Regional Group meetings. He has recently served on the board of directors for the Houston Relocation Professionals and has served on multiple client advisory boards.  He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Clemson University and was a letterman on the Varsity Baseball Team. David and his wife, Hailey, have two young sons named Banks and Whit.  David and Hailey are active leaders at their church New City Church.

Robert Brizuela has 27 years of unique Human Resources, Relocation, Global Mobility and Project Management experience with top-ranked corporations in the SF Bay Area, Seattle, WA, Nashville, TN, and So. FL metro areas.  He has leveraged valuable expertise from 7 years working for relocation service providers in operations, client relations, real estate and sales.  His career has touched multiple industries, cultures, and rapidly recruiting environments in the financial services, biotech, manufacturing, automotive, e-commerce, and retail arenas.

 On the corporate side, Robert enjoyed collaborating with cross-functional senior leadership to successfully create policies, processes, and system solutions that positively impacted talent attraction, retention and engagement of employees in the America’s, EMEA, China, and APAC.  Robert has spearheaded multiple RFP’s to implement high-performing service providers for every phase of the mobility lifecycle.  He has also worked as a team member in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Talent Management departments.

 Robert is a subject matter expert and routine contributor of next practices at several global relocation venues such as the WERC, PSRC, BAMM, ARA, Atlas Forum on Moving, TRC, and CRC as well as other corporate roundtable venues.

 He has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of San Francisco and has the CRP (Certified Relocation Professional), GMS (Global Mobility Specialist), RCC (Relocation Certified Coordinator) and Six Sigma White Belt certifications. He’s also just completed the PMP (Project Management Professional) course from the Project Management Institute.

 When he’s not at work, Robert enjoys playing soccer, tennis, biking, kayaking, and ultimate frisbee and loves weekend barbeques with his family and friends.

Sylvia Salazar, Sr. Manager Global Mobility at Boston Scientific, has over 17 years of experience in the international HR and global mobility industry. Sylvia has a reputation of rebuilding in class mobility programs and transforming the mobility function by introducing new service delivery models to drive savings, build trust with stakeholders, and increase the employee experience. Outside of work, her passion is to travel around the world with her husband supporting the Colombian National Soccer Team.

Eve Seib is an Immediate Past Chair of the Worldwide ERC® Foundation for Workforce Mobility. For the past 14 years, Eve was a Chief Executive Officer of OneSource Relocation where she partnered with clients—big and small—to deliver world-class global mobility and relocation programs. Eve’s continued enthusiasm for the global mobility industry knows no bounds. Her commitment to her people, her clients and her industry are what makes her strategic partnership, valuable insight and unending quest for the greatest mobility experience possible. Eve knows what truly drives a great mobility experience – the brightest minds and kindest hearts in the industry supported by the finest technology available with a focus on continuous communication with both the client and the transferring employee.

Eve began her career with Arthur Andersen serving in various roles throughout the organization, including marketing, account management, global sales and global account development. Upon the dissolution of Arthur Andersen, Eve moved over to the client side, working in competitive intelligence and marketing strategy. In 2008, Eve purchased OneSource Relocation, a now 20-year-old full-service relocation management company, and has led its growth and evolution into the global, service-obsessed, client and customer-centric company it is today.

She is an active participant in Worldwide ERC®, serving on the 2016 Global Workforce Symposium and 2017 Americas Mobility Conference Planning Task Forces, and the 2017 Foundation Gala’s Auction Committee. Eve is a licensed real estate Broker and holds the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP)® and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS)® designations. She has served as the President and Board member of the Southeastern Regional Relocation Council (SRRC), and is a Board member of the Tennessee Relocation Council (TRC) and a member of the Detroit Regional Relocation Council (DRRC). She has also spoken at several regional and national conferences.

A member of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), OneSource Relocation holds its designation as a WBENC-certified woman-owned business. Eve was also the recipient of the 2017 Enterprising Woman of the Year Award.

Eve holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Stetson University and a Master of Arts degree in Public Relations from the University of South Florida.

In her free time, she spends every moment she can with her own very important family: husband, Greg and children Grayson, Eden and Meredith.
