Real Estate Community - Review of Trends and Challenges

Service Level Agreements have become a common requirement by Relocation Management Companies and Online Lead Generation Platforms.  Often the terms create an automatic acceptance of leads without customer identification, contain confusing representations and warranties and assess consequences upon real estate brokers if an infraction is determined.  This session will offer a look at the trends developing in SLA, will survey audience interpretations of the requirements and ask broker participants to offer feedback on the steps their companies have taken to avoid conflicts and effect compliance.
