Sigrid is Global Leader, Mobility Advisory Services with Johnson & Johnson. She partners with business leaders to provide strategic consultation on how to best align talent mobility, enterprise strategies and key initiatives in order to meet Johnson & Johnson’s business goals and accelerate the development of its global talent. She has experience developing and executing a variety of complex global and executive assignment policies, including one-way, commuter, flexible and long-term moves within the APAC and EMEA regions. She closely works with the organization’s regional EMEA vendor partners and manages talent mobility budgets for EMEA.

She partners with business leaders to provide strategic consultation on how to best align talent mobility, enterprise strategies and key initiatives in order to meet Johnson & Johnson’s business goals and accelerate the development of its global talent. Christine is an Attorney and Director in Fragomen’s Brussels office. She leads the Private Client practice for Benelux, France and Switzerland, and also manages the Netherlands corporate immigration practice. Christine is specialized in assisting investors and entrepreneurs to establish in Europe and advises on both residency and long-term planning. Christine is active in Fragomen’s EU Government Strategies group and she represents Fragomen in the European Commission’s Expert Group for attracting innovative entrepreneurs to the EU. Christine is the EU lead of Fragomen's Brexit Task Force, and also directs government strategies efforts in the Netherlands, working with decision makers to ensure that Dutch immigration policies support business and individuals moving to the Netherlands.

Christine is a US Bar admitted Attorney and she is a Member of the Brussels Bar. Before joining Fragomen, Christine worked at a boutique immigration law firm in the Netherlands, where she focused on all aspects of Dutch immigration. Christine headed that firm’s U.S. Desk, and assisted clients with all aspects of migration and corporate questions, particularly permits for self-employed persons and American entrepreneurs establishing residency in the Netherlands via the Dutch-American Friendship Treaty.
