Due to the changing demographics of employees, this session discusses how global mobility policies and product offerings are changing, as well as how the customer experience is changing in support of changing transferee demographics which translates into changing needs. The session also discusses why the commitment to transport pets is important and why companies need to think outside the box when it comes to pet shipment; both at the beginning of assignment and far beyond repatriation of the initial assignment.
