Nathan B. Sanders

Brook Furniture Rental

Nathan Sanders is an accomplished, versatile leader with a focus in logistics and supply chain management. His background includes extensive experience leading multi-client third-party logistics companies, overseeing the supply chain for the 62nd largest e-retailer in the U.S., and spearheading Ashley Distribution Services, the distribution arm of Ashley Furniture Industries. Nathan has managed as many as 77 DC locations across North and South America, and lead all facets of transportation including private fleet, parcel, intermodal, and brokerage operations. He has led multiple digital transformations within the supply chain and logistics operations, increasing speed to the customer and boosting both performance and customer satisfaction. Nathan is currently guiding the growth and transformation of Brook Furniture Rental, where he serves as President and CEO.

Nathan, his wife Kristi, and their two daughters live just outside of Minneapolis. They enjoy traveling and taking frequent vacations, especially to warm and sunny destinations during the long winter.

Onie Girton, CRP, GMS


Onie Girton is the Senior Vice President, Sales and Client Services, where she is responsible for leading and growing Hilldrup’s corporate sales division in addition to overseeing client services, relocation and marketing.

Onie oversees Hilldrup’s corporate sales team where she supports close partnerships with existing clients and creates new client relationships. She also facilitates implementation meetings between clients and Hilldrup personnel when new contracts are signed. Among many tasks, Onie conducts business reviews with Hilldrup’s current account base, keeps clients abreast of developments in the moving and storage industry, monitors Hilldrup’s quality performance, assists with any escalation issues and monitors the company’s internal processes to ensure a seamless flow of information. Onie also establishes long-term marketing strategies to support the company’s business goals.

Onie is a past member of the Board of Directors of the North Carolina Movers Association. She holds her Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation and Employee Relocation Council Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designation.

Onie received her bachelor’s degree in marketing from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Elon College. Outside of work, Onie enjoys traveling with her family and friends, as well as reading and watching movies.

Debbie Woodley, CCHP


Debbie Woodley has more than 25 years of experience in Corporate Housing and Supply Chain Management. Debbie is a past Board Member of the Corporate Housing Providers Association (CHPA) and has earned the Certified Corporate Housing Provider (CCHP) designation. With her exceptional expertise, insights, and her broad knowledge of the mobility industry, she is leading Dwellworks Living's global supply chain strategy for bringing creative housing solutions to clients and guests worldwide.

Donald Briggs


Don Briggs has worked for Cartus and their parent company, Realogy, for over 30 years. Don started his career in finance, holding a variety positions including Vice President of Finance where he led the Finance and Pricing teams. Those roles provided a unique lens into the relocation industry and the services delivered by Cartus.

Don joined Cartus’ Supply Chain team in 2010 as Vice President and has held a variety of roles including responsibility over procurement, ethics and compliance. Don currently as operational responsibility for developing and managing Cartus’ networks, both domestically and abroad.

Lynn Shotwell, GMS, SHRM-SCP

Lynn Shotwell is President and CEO of Worldwide ERC, the world’s leading association for professionals engaged in global talent mobility. A visionary leader with expertise at the intersection of international employment law, global talent mobility and corporate social responsibility, Lynn has worked with companies and governments to advance policies to facilitate global talent mobility. Prior to joining Worldwide ERC, Lynn served as Senior Vice President, Global Outreach and Operations for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and as Executive Director of the Council for Global Immigration. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees of World Education Services and is co-chair of the Business Advisory Group to the Global Forum on Migration and Development. Lynn received her JD from the University of Michigan and BA from Michigan State University and holds GMS and SHRM-SCP certifications.
