Dick Burke
Dick Burke has been Envoy’s CEO since 2015. The market-leading immigration technology service provider, Envoy’s software is utilized by HR teams from Fortune 50 companies to fast-growth startups.
Before Envoy, Burke was CEO at Apartments.com and SVP for Administration of Classified Ventures (owner of Cars.com), where he saw firsthand the challenges with global mobility faced by many of today’s high growth tech companies.
A thought leader in the HR tech and global mobility landscape, Burke has written and contributed to dozens of articles and podcasts centering around talent acquisition strategies, the skills gap and building global teams. This includes commentary in Forbes, Recode, Crain’s and Bloomberg, as well as an interview on NPR’s Marketplace. Additionally, Burke has been featured in podcasts like Harvard Business School’s “Managing the Future of Work,” BizCastHQ and Bootstrapping in America.

Manu Sivanandam
Manu Sivanandam is Envoy’s Chief Operating Officer where he oversees all service delivery including managing relationships with Envoy-affiliated legal service providers, growing global service delivery and continuing to evolve the company’s offerings for its customers. He is a senior technology executive with over 15 years of global experience in the technology sector, and his experience ranges from startups to Fortune 500 companies across both B2C and B2B sectors.
Most recently, Manu led marketing and strategy at UpRight Law, a leading tech-enabled legal services provider. Previously he held senior strategy, general management, operations and analytics roles at Orbitz Worldwide, which was acquired by Expedia Inc. for $1.6B. Earlier in his career, Manu worked as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company.
