Worldwide ERC® Government Affairs Update
Sponsor(s): Worldwide ERC
The Administration and Congress have been active on many fronts as the Trump Administration works to implement its priorities. These include repealing and replacing the Affordable Care Act, revisiting trade agreements such as NAFTA, restricting immigration, changing the Dodd-Frank Act to limit the power of the Consumer Financial Protection Board, and reforming the tax code. The latter could affect provisions important to mobility such as tax rates, the moving expense deduction, and housing-related tax provisions. This timely update from Worldwide ERC®'s Government Affairs Advisor and its Tax Counsel will cover these and other developing issues.
