Ann Anderson, CRP, GDS, is the Relocation Director for Leading Edge Real Estate, with offices in Boston, Greater Boston, and Southern NH. Ann has over 25 years of real estate and relocation experience and is responsible for the management and development of the Relocation & Referral Division. Ann has served as an appointed member of the Brookfield Global Relocation Services Relocation Advisory Council (RAC) and was a Prudential Real Estate Affiliates Mentor for the Northeast Region. Ann is currently serving as Vice President of the Relocation Directors Council.
For over 25 years, Larry has worked within the Global Mobility industry, designing mobility programs for clients of every shape and size. He also has managed the creation of domestic service delivery platforms, policy consulting services, and international relocation programs. More recently, he has been consulting on global mobility strategy, HR strategy, and expatriate tax programs.
Larry has an advanced level of specialization in international assignment services, domestic and international policy, immigration, and global security and tax components. He spent a number of years as Director of HR Shared Services, managing benefits programs and creating and managing global mobility, business continuity, and global talent management programs. He has also designed expatriate programs and security and pandemic protocols for the nation’s largest privately held engineering firm, and been a consultant on product and business development, business structure and innovation.
Larry is a regular speaker at industry events on topics including Expatriate and Intercultural Programs, Immigration, Global Security, and Pandemic Protocol. He lives in Guilford, CT with his family.
Jim Carroll, SCRP, SGMS-T, GPHR-SCP is Senior Manager, Talent Mobility at WestRock Company, Jim oversees WestRock’s mobility program which includes domestic and international relocation, assignment management and immigration. Prior to joining WestRock, he worked for two relocation management companies. Before his move to the service side of the industry, he managed BASF’s mobility program for twelve years. He is an active member of Worldwide ERC, having served on the U.S. Advisory Board, the CRP Certification Review Board and various task forces and conference planning committees. He has been an instructor of the GMS-T accreditation class and served on the GMS-T program design committee. He is a frequent moderator/speaker at ERC conferences and is a three-time recipient of ERC’s “Distinguished Service Award”. He is a long-time board member of the Greater Richmond Relocation Council. Jim earned a BS in Psychology from the City University of New York and a Master's in Human Resources from Rutgers University. He is certified in German language proficiency by the Goethe Institute-Munich.
Anand has over 20 years of experience in software development, technology transformation, and product strategy and management. He joined Aires in 2008 and over the last 11 years holding leadership positions of increasing responsibility as a Senior Project Manager, Applications Development Manager, and Director of Product Management.
Anand led highly successful and award-winning teams that developed technology products with new capabilities for our clients and employees. He holds a bachelor's degree in engineering and completed executive education from MIT Sloan School of management on Strategy and Innovation.
In his current role as Director of Product Strategy and Management, Anand is responsible for overall product development aligning to the company's vision, technology partnerships, and developing the technology sales strategy.
With more than 30 years of experience in the mobility industry, Dan leads Ineo’s technology strategy, product design, and continued expansion of the company’s comprehensive global mobility solutions for technology, assignment management, tax and data aggregation.
Dan is recognized as one of the industry’s original innovators of mobility technology solutions and has immeasurable technical and subject matter expertise. Dan brings an enormous number of “intangibles” to Ineo and Ineo’s client base. Among those are his background as a CPA, his gifted programming and software architectural skills, an extremely deep knowledge of the mobility industry, and his experience as CIO for several large relocation management companies, including Primacy (now Cartus) and Aires.
Dan is a natural leader who brings the best out of everyone who works for and with him. He’s committed to working closely with Ineo’s clients to ensure our product suite meets the increasingly complex demands of the mobility professional and their broad range, from IT, to finance and compliance, and to the ultimate stakeholders: the assignees and transferees. Dan earned bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Computer Science from the University of Montana.
Tonya Hamilton serves as the Vice President of Relocation and Business Development for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Woodmont Realty in Nashville, TN. She has a B.S. Degree in Business from Auburn University and a M.B.A from Cumberland University. Tonya has her SCRP and GMS designations from Worldwide ERC and has served on Worldwide ERC’s Board of Trustees for the Foundation, on Worldwide ERC’s Charitable Committee for the Foundation and as the 2012 Chairman of the YP40 Committee for Worldwide ERC. Awards include the North American Group Move Support Award and Prudential Relocation’s 2007 Corporate Services Director of the Year. In 2009 she was selected as one of Nashville Business Journal’s Top Forty Under 40 and in 2011 she became an owner at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Woodmont Realty. Elizabeth McGrath, CRP, GRP, is vice president of relocation at Baird & Warner. In her role, she oversees corporate relocation and Baird & Warner’s relationship with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®.
Elizabeth has served as an executive member of Chicago’s Corporate Relocation Council board of directors and Worldwide ERC’s Young Professionals Under 40 committee. She has also served on program planning committees for the Midwest Relocation Conference. An accomplished public speaker, Elizabeth has been asked to speak at several LeadingRE, Worldwide ERC, and WiERC conferences.
As Senior Vice President and Managing Broker of Corporate & Consumer Business Services, Karen manages the company relocation business, Internet consumer activity, license holding company and develops corporate business relationships. Karen began her real estate career after graduating from the University of North Carolina with a degree in Special Education. After six years of teaching, she entered the field of real estate and received recognition as one of the top agents in Charlotte, NC. After relocating with her family to Atlanta, her career in Relocation began.Karen has also served as past president of the Relocation Directors Council, a national organization and twice as past president of the Metro Atlanta Relocation Council, currently serving on their Advisory Board. She is a recipient of the SCRP, Certified Relocation Professional designation, the GMS-T, Global Mobility Specialist designation and has been named as one the Top Relocation Professionals in the US.
Tristan North is the Government Affairs Adviser for Worldwide ERC®. In this role which Tristan has held for the past 10 years, he advises the Worldwide ERC® Government Affairs Committee and Forums on policy issues impacting workforce mobility. Tristan also keeps the Worldwide ERC® membership apprised of developments on key issues through educational sessions, blogs and other content formats. Tristan covers broad issues ranging from immigration to real estate to detailed policy like protecting the personally identifiable information of transferees shipping goods.
