Elley is Senior Principal and the leader of Mercer China Career Product business, based in Shanghai. She has around 20 years of Human Resource consulting experience, and her expertise is compensation system design and implementation, job grading system design, benefits design, employee engagement, mobility program design, performance management, talent management and incentive design, career management, talent acquisition and retention, talent assessment and development. Her clients include a lot of multinational, private and state-owned enterprises. Elley is also a regular speaker on HR issues, and has spoken in numerous conferences in the past few years.
Prior to joining Mercer, she worked for another global leading HR consulting firm as consultant of Compensation Solution Team.
