The Worldwide ERC® Foundation for Workforce Mobility was established in 2004 with a mission to energize the global community through charitable giving. Its vision is that all communities touched by global mobility are actively aware of, inspired by and engaged in our charitable efforts, worldwide.

WERC 's Foundation for Workforce Mobility is thrilled to announce the 2024 Foundation Celebration, taking place Thursday, October 26th. You are invited to Party with Purpose while enjoying energizing stage shows, elegant food and specialty drinks and giving back to those in need. Mark your calendars. Fall Walk 2024

The Worldwide ERC® Foundation for Workforce Mobility was established in 2004 with a mission to energize the global community through charitable giving. Our Fall Walk aims to support our work by increasing awareness for our growing professional community and connecting like-minded supporters through a fun activity. Details on the walk coming soon.
Scholarship Program
As one of the many ways in which we seek to further our mission, the Foundation works in cooperation with WERC®-recognized Regional Relocation Groups to support a scholarship program for high school students and undergraduates.
The Foundation Board of Trustees recognized there is an opportunity to amplify the impact of the scholarship program. We are excited to announce we have created a pathway for students to apply for scholarships in areas where there is not a WERC®-recognized Regional Relocation Group! (Must be a US state or territory at this time).
2023 Scholarship Winners
The Foundation works in cooperation with Worldwide ERC®-recognized Regional Relocation Groups to support a scholarship program for high school and undergraduate students. Eligible students submitted essays of 1,000+ words that, at a minimum, address the student applicants’ challenges and experiences encountered while relocating to their new home and school, as well as any success stories.
Foundation scholarship Program Guidelines
We encourage all Relocation Regional Groups to participate. 2024 Applications due April 30th.

The WERC Foundation for Workplace Mobility is at it again with our Spring 2024 Virtual Walk from April 20th through May 31st!
Through individual donations and sponsorships, last year your generosity raised over $10K for the support of educational scholarships of WERC’s Regional Councils! We are anticipating our 2024 Spring Walk to exceed last year’s total and we need your help to achieve the goal!

CloseBoard of Trustees
The Foundation is governed by an elected Board of Trustees, each of whom serves on one of two committees: Charitable Outreach or Scholarship. Trustees, except for ex officiotrustees, serve three years, beginning in the month of January.
