The Global Mobility Specialist (GMS®) Designation

The Global Mobility Specialist® program was developed for both global mobility managers and service providers to multinational organizations, and it serves all who wish to differentiate themselves as an industry leader. Earning the designation lays a foundation for effectively serving mobile families, and inspires innovation and growth in the mobility industry, while nurturing a shared understanding of the field of global talent mobility. More than 5,600 global workforce mobility professionals across 66 countries have achieved the GMS® designation.

How to Retain Your GMS®

All GMS® designees need to earn a minimum of 15 continuing education (CE) credits for each three-year period following initial certification, in addition to remitting a recertification fee.
