The objective of The Interchange is to ensure swift and equitable problem resolution by bringing the issue of an after-the-fact referral fee request to the attention of the appropriate senior executive from employers, relocation service firms and affinity groups. The Interchange is available to Worldwide ERC® members and non-members alike and there is no fee for submitting a confidential complaint.
The Interchange was created by Worldwide ERC® to facilitate the confidential communication of after-the-fact referral fee concerns. At the same time, it allows us to learn more about general areas where we may need to improve communication, develop education, and/or create standards in the industry. Eighty-five percent of the referral fee grievances that are brought to Worldwide ERC®'s Interchange are resolved in favor of the complainant.

By utilizing this forum, the user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Worldwide ERC® and its members, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any liability whatsoever arising out of the use of The Interchange, or out of the underlying dispute or attempts to resolve it, including, but not limited to attempts at settlement, filing of claims and litigation, and any and all expenses arising therefrom.
