She has over 20-years in the industry as a mobility leader whose expertise includes consulting, product and business development, data and analytics. Prior to joining Worldwide ERC® she was with Mercer, where in her most recent position as Global Product Leader for Talent Mobility, she led all mobility data product groups. In this capacity, she also chaired the overall mobility practice, which included technology and product development. Earlier positions in the company grew her experience in tax and economic research and mobility consulting. Before Mercer, Karen held positions with ORC Worldwide as Senior Consultant and Director of Economic Research. Karen holds a Master of Arts in Economics from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematical Economics and Political Science from St. Peter's University.

Lynn Shotwell is President and CEO of Worldwide ERC, the world’s leading association for professionals engaged in global talent mobility. She is a mission-focused, visionary leader with unique expertise in the intersection of international employment law, global talent mobility and corporate social responsibility. For over two decades, Lynn has helped top organizations create global workforces by developing education and networking programs for HR, immigration and mobility professionals, as well as advancing public policy by building coalitions with key stakeholders in the U.S. and abroad.
Prior to joining Worldwide ERC, Shotwell served as Senior Vice President, Global Outreach and Operations for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the world’s largest HR professional society. Earlier in her career, Lynn served as Executive Director at the Council for Global Immigration (CFGI)/American Council on International Personnel (ACIP), where she drove significant growth and led the organization’s merger with SHRM in 2018.
Shotwell currently serves as co-chair of the Business Migration Advisory Group to the Global Forum on Migration and Development, and as chair-elect of World Education Services. Lynn received her JD from the University of Michigan and BA from Michigan State University and holds GMS and SHRM-SCP certifications.

Rebecca Peters

Prior to joining Worldwide ERC®, Peters led workplace immigration policy strategy for nearly eight years at the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). While at SHRM, she served on the CEO’s Culture Club and was a member of the organization’s senior management team. Before SHRM, Peters was the Director of Government Affairs at the Council for Global Immigration, leading its public policy efforts and the Board’s policy committee for many years. She has also served as a policy chair for the U.S. immigration advocacy coalition Compete America and SHRM’s employer immigration compliance coalition. Earlier in her career, Peters practiced immigration law at a Washington D.C.- based law firm and served as an attorney and policy analyst at the U.S. Department of Justice’s legacy Immigration and Naturalization Service. She was a Presidential Management Fellow and received her J.D. and M.P.A. from Syracuse University’s College of Law and the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, respectively. Peters also currently serves on the Women in Government Relations leadership team as chair of its membership and engagement committee.

Nino Nelissen

Nino Nelissen is managing director with EMG, Executive Mobility Group, based at Schiphol Airport in the Netherlands. Nino is a tax lawyer that graduated from Maastricht University, and worked as an expatriate tax lawyer for the past 27 years in the Netherlands, Washington DC and Tokyo, Japan. Nino started his career in the Big 4 environment, and resigned as a partner in one of the Big 4 firms to found EMG, a business that integrates Tax services, Immigration services, Destination services, HR consulting services and Move manager services. Dale Collins, Chief Strategy Officer and EMEA Managing Director, returned to Graebel in 2015 to drive leading-edge ideas that are inspired by clients. He previously held leadership roles at Graebel from 2000 until 2007.
Mr. Collins’ past experience includes serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Santa Fe Relocation in the EMEA region, and Chief Executive Officer at Interdean Relocation Services. He’s lived and worked in the UK, Italy, St. Thomas, France, Cote d’Ivoire, and the US.
Mr. Collins is a Senior Certified Relocation Professional (SCRP), and has his Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) Worldwide ERC certifications. He earned his MBA from Regent University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Mathematics from Texas A&M University.
Additionally, Collins has been an adjunct professor of business at Saint Xavier University, previously served as president of the American Chamber of Commerce in Abidjan, and in 2016 served as the Chairman of the Board at Worldwide ERC.

She has significant experience in servicing international clients dealing with global scale corporate immigration advice and strategy. Jurga deals with all immigration matters including highly complex corporate and personal immigration matters. She gives strategic business advice to international clients, develops innovative services, regularly engages with the UK Government, the European Commission, and the Mayor of London, advises think tanks and is a frequent voice in the media as an immigration expert. Jurga is also highly experienced when it comes to business evacuation and continuity issues. Azmina Aboobaker manages the US immigration program at Facebook. Prior to moving in-house, she practiced immigration law for 10+ years and covered a full range of complex corporate and family immigration matters. Jeffrey H. Margolis (Jeff) began his career with SIRVA in 1996 as Assistant General Counsel of a relocation management company in Cleveland, Ohio that was acquired by SIRVA in 2002 and formed the basis of SIRVA Relocation. He has held several leadership roles on the legal team and became General Counsel in 2013. He is responsible for all legal and compliance matters for the company and manages it’s legal team. Margolis’ philosophy for the legal team is to work closely with the operations and account management teams at SIRVA to achieve effective and compliant results by helping clients understand the issues and challenges they face—and thus achieve optimal solutions.
Margolis continues to engage in industry activities, including participation as Vice-Chairperson of the Worldwide ERC® Regulatory and Compliance Forum. Prior to joining SIRVA in 1996, he served as a law clerk in the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas, and then served for almost eight years as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor in Cleveland, Ohio. Margolis has also worked in private practice, focusing on real estate. He received his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor Michigan and his Juris Doctorate degree from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio.

Jennifer Stein

Jennifer loves working on puzzles and that's how she feels about some the global tax issues she handles for clients. While clients’ projects may look similar on paper, she feels that every employee is unique, bringing her a different challenge to puzzle out. She has lived in Europe two separate times and credits those experiences for helping her appreciate the needs and concerns of international assignees.
She has more than 25 years of experience in expat and foreign national tax preparation and consulting. She joined Global Tax Network in January 2011 and serves as Managing Director for the Great Lakes region. She started her career with Arthur Andersen, and then joined Ernst & Young where she served for over 14 years.
She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Drake University in 1991, and a Master's degree in international business with an emphasis in German from Pepperdine University in 1994.

Currently, Horst is the Vice President, HR Talent Management for IBM. In this role, Horst is responsible for the IBM Career & Skill portfolio including performance management and Internal career mobility. Horst leads a large international team and ecosystem of partners who together drive digital transformation to create consumer grade experiences for IBM’s global workforce.
Prior to this role Horst held several executive roles supporting IBM’s global business lines and key markets. During his tenure with IBM’s AI & Public Cloud business, he helped accelerate transformation by redesigning all aspects of this fast-growing organization’s people agenda and management system. Peter Arpin is the fourth generation of Arpin family members to run the company first established in 1900 by his Great Grandparents. He assumed his current responsibilities heading up the company’s international division in 1989, and also runs its Alaskan and Canadian divisions. He became a packer, crew leader, and certified driver before moving into management at Paxton’s Elon, NC facility. Over the ten years that followed, he served as the Elon Director of Business Development, Operations Manager, Branch Manager, and finally Vice President of Operations. In 2003, he moved back to Virginia to assume the role of Vice President of Move Management and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2007, a position he holds today concurrent with Treasurer of Paxton Van Lines, Inc. As the Paxton Companies continue to grow and expand as a global service provider, so does Bill’s commitment to maintaining the highest industry standards. His dedication to this mission is exemplified through his involvement in community and industry organizations, in addition to his service at the Board level. Marc Krebs, CRP, has 30 years of experience in the Relocation and Real Estate industries, including the past 10 years working for Coldwell Banker Realty in Arizona. Marc has served on the Board of Directors for Relocation Directors Council (RDC) for the past five years and is the current President of RDC.

Robert Gallucci

Bob Gallucci is the Senior Vice President of Client Engagement, where he is responsible for leading and growing Hilldrup’s relationships with our relocation management company (RMC) partners. He supports sales and marketing efforts as they relate to RMCs as well as develops best practices and processes for providing outstanding service to these RMC partners. Bob has over 33 years of experience in the transportation industry. A recognized expert in corporate relocation and client relations, Bob has been inducted into United Van Lines’ Masters Club Inner Circle, one of the transportation industry’s top honors, several times. He has a proven track record of providing innovative solutions to a variety of clients throughout his career. He is a long-term member of the Employee Relocation Council where he earned his Global Mobility Services (GMS) designation. Bob holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Sacred Heart University.

Laura Levenson, GPHR

As Practice Leader, Advisory Services, Laura works with some of the world’s leading companies to help them build, manage and benchmark workforce mobility policies that make it faster, easier and more cost-effective to deploy critical talent anywhere in the world. She spearheads research projects and in-depth surveys to fortify our collection of program benchmarking data and utilizes her first hand knowledge of policies and industry practices to advance policy reviews and new policy development. She is also responsible for researching and writing comprehensive white papers and research reports.
Laura brings more than 20 years of global mobility experience to her role, with special focus on international assignments, global workforce mobility program development and implementation, cross-cultural training, compensation and tax strategies. She has spent her entire professional career in global workforce mobility and assignment management consulting with special focus on outsourcing, cost reduction, change management, cross-cultural training, program implementation and global tax and compensation. Prior to joining Weichert Workforce Mobility, she held such roles as Senior Manager at KPMG, where she helped Fortune 500 companies create and maintain stronger international assignment policies, and Director of Global Account Management at Hewitt and Cartus, where she focused on new client implementations, HR transformation initiatives, and tri-regional service delivery models. She has complemented her professional endeavors by living the expatriate experience first-hand, studying and working abroad in the UK and China.
Laura holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and completed coursework at the University of London’s School of Oriental and African Studies. She speaks Mandarin Chinese and Spanish and has earned the Global Professional in HR (GPHR) designation from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Tess is an innovative mobility industry strategic thinker with a competitive business mindset. Her commitment is to provide top-quality referral service to their partners, clients and associates. Being highly mindful of the importance of participation, networking and education, Tess regularly attends mobility conferences. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for Relocation Director’s Council and actively contributes as a member of Worldwide Employee Relocation Council. Professional accreditations include Broker Associate, Certified Relocation Professional, Global Mobility Specialist, and she holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas Christian University.

Kathleen A. Momberger, CRP

Kathy joined Graebel in 2011. In her current role at Graebel, Kathy leads an incredible team of Global Category Managers responsible for all relocation services. Kathy also has oversite for the Partner relationships in the Global Relocation space. Prior to working in relocation, Kathy had spent many years as a comptroller and purchasing agent for a large manufacturer, which was followed by a successful 16-year career in lending, real estate and running her own mortgage brokerage firm. Kathy acquired a great deal of knowledge regarding FAR and the Federal and Joint Federal Travel Regulations working with several government clients. While at Prudential, Kathy transitioned into the corporate side of the relocation industry and worked on some of Prudential's larger clients. Kathy holds the Worldwide ERC®’s designation as a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP®️) and is active in EuRA and many local ERC® organizations. While very passionate about her career, she is especially smitten by her beautiful grandchildren and enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. Another passion that pulls at her heart strings is dog rescue, and she has fostered a great many disadvantaged pups over the years, with at least five of those as foster fails, she is now the proud owner of 5 dogs!

Janet E. Olkowski, SCRP, SGMS-T

With a rich background in global mobility consulting and client account management, Janet possesses a passion for interacting with and assisting clients. Her 30+ years of industry experience includes strong proficiency in consulting services, where she advises corporations on industry best practices. She has led research teams conducting industry benchmark studies, spoken at prestigious industry events, and authored numerous published articles and white papers. Janet earned Worldwide ERC’s Senior Certified Relocation Professional (SCRP) and Senior Global Mobility Specialist-Talent Management (SGMS-T) designations and has won multiple industry awards. She has served on The Americas Strategic Council for Worldwide ERC® and is Vice President of the Delaware Valley Relocation Council.

Julie Molloy

A Global HR professional for over twenty years, Julie has spent most of her career working in the public sector covering all aspects of mobility and employee compensation. She joined Sealed Air Corporation in 2015 where she has responsibility for global mobility, domestic relocation, and immigration as well as Executive Compensation, including equity administration, and incentive and sales compensation design. Throughout her career she has led global tax, policy and other key initiatives for mobility and compensation departments. Having begun her mobility career on the service side, she provided tax services and consulting to multinational organizations. Julie currently holds the position of President on the Charlotte Metro Area Relocation Council (CMARC) Board of Directors. She has presented at international and regional forums and Webinars on topics such as the future state of Global Mobility, Mobility transformation, strategic Mobility initiatives, and equity taxation issues. Her greatest accomplishments, however, are being a mother to three incredible children and her 17 year marriage to the best husband in the whole world.

Cori Beaudet, SCRP, SGMS-T, is Director of Talent Deployment for Abbott and has been in the mobility industry for over 20 years working for both corporations and Relocation Management Companies. Cori is experienced in both US and Canadian domestic relocation as well as cross-border international mobility. Cori obtained her BA in Speech and Communications from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities in 2000 and she currently lives in southeastern Wisconsin with her husband, two baseball-playing boys and two cats.

Ann is the Relocation Director for Leading Edge Real Estate and manages and operates the Relocation Division with offices throughout the Boston, Greater Boston and Metro West area. Ann has over 25 years of real estate and relocation experience. Ann has earned her CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) and GDS (Global Destination Services) designations and is a member of the Relocation Directors Council (RDC), and the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (WERC). Ann is currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors for the Relocation Directors Council (RDC). Additionally, she has served as an appointed member of the Brookfield Global Relocation Services Relocation Advisory Council, the Prudential Relocation Advisory Council and was a Mentor for the Northeast Prudential Real Estate Affiliates.

Charles White
International Association of Movers (IAM)
Charles “Chuck” White has been involved in the moving industry since 1994 when he went to work for Executive Moving Systems in Woodbridge, VA. Previous to that Chuck worked as a high school teacher and football coach in Maryland and Northern Virginia. During his time serving as Director of Sales & Marketing at Executive he was elected to a volunteer position on the Executive Committee of the International Association of Movers (IAM), formerly known as the Household Goods Forwards Association of America (HHGFAA). He served on that Committee for four years and in 2005 he joined the IAM staff as their Director of Government & Military Relations. He held that position for 10 years and in 2015 Chuck was promoted to the position of Senior Vice President for the organization. In January, 2019, Chuck became the President of IAM. Chuck holds a B.S. from the University of Maryland – College Park and a Masters of Education (MEd.) from George Mason University. In 2013 Chuck earned the designation of a Certified Association Executive (CAE). Chuck is married to Becky and currently resides in Springfield, VA. He has two daughters – Breiana, 28 and Mikayla, 26.

Stuart Anderson
National Foundation for American Policy
Stuart Anderson is executive director of the National Foundation for American Policy, an Arlington-based, nonpartisan public policy research organization focusing on trade, immigration, and related issues. From August 2001 to January 2003, Anderson served as executive associate commissioner for policy and planning, and counselor to the commissioner at the Immigration and Naturalization Service. Before holding those positions, Anderson spent 4.5 years on Capitol Hill on the Senate Immigration Subcommittee, first for Senator Spencer Abraham and then as staff director of the subcommittee for Senator Sam Brownback. Prior to that, Anderson was director of trade and immigration studies at the Cato Institute in Washington, D.C., where he produced reports on the military contributions of immigrants and the role of immigrants in high technology. He has an MA from Georgetown University and a BA in political science from Drew University. Anderson has published articles in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, and other publications. He is the author of the book Immigration (2010), part of the Greenwood Guides to Business and Economics series.

Barbara Leen

Barbara Leen is a U.S. Immigration Attorney with a focus on business immigration for Microsoft. Prior to joining Microsoft in 2017, Barbara worked at the Department of Justice and in Congress, focusing on immigration law and policy. She has taught immigration policy at Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington.

Elizabeth McGrath, CRP, GRP, is vice president of relocation at Baird & Warner. In her role, she oversees corporate relocation and Baird & Warner’s relationship with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®.
Elizabeth has served as an executive member of Chicago’s Corporate Relocation Council board of directors and Worldwide ERC’s Young Professionals Under 40 committee. She has also served on program planning committees for the Midwest Relocation Conference. An accomplished public speaker, Elizabeth has been asked to speak at several LeadingRE, Worldwide ERC, and WiERC conferences.

Jeremy Liban

Jeremy is a student and teacher of movement. He left his corporate pharmaceutical sales job to follow his passion and empower others to take control of their health, prevent disease and learn to move (again). He has multiple certifications and has trained with world renowned experts in strength, athletic performance, movement, martial arts and nutrition. He currently is the owner/founder of Jet-X Performance and is the Regional Fitness Coach for Orangetheory Fitness in the Chicagoland area. Jeremy is driven to help his students and coaches maximize their true potential in movement, mindset, recovery and overall health.
In 2019, Jeremy suffered a debilitating dual leg injury which left him immobile and at rock bottom. However, this setback became the catalyst for him to test his holistic methods on himself, resulting in a full recovery ahead of schedule. Jeremy is excited and honored to be on this panel.
