Ben Heller is the CEO and Chief Customer Officer of PricePoint, a software platform that simplifies and automates move pricing for movers and mobility companies. Prior to joining PricePoint, Ben ran the global mobility consulting practice at Accenture where he worked with over 50 clients to improve their mobility supply chain. After running countless RFPs for mobility services, he found that move pricing is complex, slow, and vulnerable to manipulation. He then learned that it wasn’t good for the movers either. The entire moving industry was spending tremendous amounts of time and money managing pricing instead of focusing on delivering quality service to clients. In 2016, he joined PricePoint to solve this problem for movers, mobility companies, and their clients. PricePoint now works with over 750 movers and mobility companies to help make pricing instantaneous, efficient, and enable the best possible transferee experiences.

Simon Mason, GMS-T

Simon Mason is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Revenue Officer at Writer Relocations, with 15+ years experience in global mobility. Based in Dubai, he leads a team of 500+ professionals across 6 countries. Writer Relocations are a company that is dedicated to organising, managing and delivering high-quality relocation and immigration services internationally.

Prior to his role at Writer, Simon has held senior executive positions in global relocation management and international shipping as a Senior Vice President and CEO respectably. In addition, he has produced award winning academic research on expatriate management trends, while taking assignments in San Francisco, Chicago and Sydney. He has a Bachelor of Science in International Management from Alliance Manchester Business School. Simon also completed executive education through Harvard University on Financial Accounting, Program on Negotiation from Harvard Law School and Systems Thinking from Cornell University.

Jim spent 3 decades working on the leadership teams for SIRVA, Graebel and UniGroup. He now is CEO of CEND, a technology company that is a smarter version of PODS. They leverage IoT technology along with the latest in logistics route optimization tools creating a self routing 'smart cube.' CEND provides customers with the ability to track the location, temperature, and humidity of the goods while also providing a blue tooth key on their phone that controls the lock for additional security and convenience.

Jim's passion is building teams in all regions of the globe helping team members discover what they are the best in the world at. Jim and his wife and love hosting people in their home and have done leadership development for hundreds of people in the industry.

In her free time she loves to travel, hang out with her dogs, and watch true crime documentaries on Netflix.

Robert J. Horsley, Executive Director, Fragomen

As the Robert Horsley is Executive Director for Fragomen, the world’s largest immigration services provider. For over 20 years he has helped drive the mobilization of Fragomen’s vision globally through leadership roles in the Firm. During his tenure, Robert has been a member of Fragomen’s Client Engagement & Strategies, Corporate Development, Communications, Marketing, Best Practices and Technology steering committees, and is a leader of the I-9 Service Center Practice Group. Much of his time is given to initiatives that will benefit the mobility industry as a whole by defining integration strategies and driving for greater transparency, speed to market and efficiencies. Outside of the firm, Robert is a recognized leader in the talent workforce and mobility industry. He sits on the boards of several organizations including the National Immigration Law Center, CompTIA, and Bay Area Mobility Management. He is also active with Worldwide ERC, where he has been Chairman of the Board and spearheaded their Innovation & Transformation Group. He speaks frequently around the world on the future of work, digital transformation and aligning talent with business purpose and generational priorities.

Amy Parrent, GMS-T, GRP is the Head of Global Mobility and Enterprise Recognition at Vanguard. With 25 years of experience in Global Mobility, Amy has held a variety of leadership and client service roles in both corporate and Big Four organizations. Her clients and stakeholders have referred to her as “the ideal blend of strategic, relationship, and operational expertise”. Amy has been recognized by Worldwide ERC for her contributions to Mobility, including the Meritorious Service Award and the Editorial Achievement Award for 'Analytics: The Holy Grail in Workforce Mobility' in the June 2017 edition of Mobility® Magazine. Amy holds a Master in International Management degree from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona.

Elena Anderson-de Lay

Elena is a global Human Resources strategist with expertise in business immigration, global workforce development, as well as global diversity, equity, and inclusion. As Lead Strategist for At Ease Solutions, Elena partners with organizations to design innovative workforce strategies and learning experiences that facilitate collaboration and belonging. Before founding At Ease, she served at a global Think Tank for over 14 years, where she established and managed its immigration and global mobility programs. With her global talent management background for mid-size to large multinational corporations, Elena has supported organizations in industries ranging from nonprofits and higher education to Tech and BioPharma. In her spare time, she enjoys connecting with her community and engaging in intense comic book debates.
