Call for Presentations
Deadline: 12 June 2023
Are you looking to showcase your insights at GWS 2023? We are actively looking for speakers willing to present our audience with relevant information on the following primary topics. Preference will be given to sessions that show an innovative approach to environmental sustainability, working from anywhere/remote work, business travel programs, and data analytics. Speakers also may indicate a secondary topic area of interest in the submission portal.

Sessions which include interactivity, discussion, case studies, and real-world application are strongly preferred. Submit your proposal no later than 12 June 2023.
You will be asked to provide a proposed session name and a short description of your presentation’s key points.

Hint: If you are submitting a session proposal in one of these areas, it is best to showcase a new approach to these in a corporate policy or program, or present case studies that elaborate on solutions to solve challenges in these areas.

GWS 2023 Proposal Review Process
All proposals are submitted into a blinded review process that is completed by the Worldwide ERC GWS Planning Committee; a group of volunteers made up of your industry peers and chosen through our open Call for Volunteers process each spring.
The proposals are scored by the GWS Planning Committee, followed by a committee meeting to discuss all proposals and make final selections for the educational program.
Members of the GWS Planning Committee do not score their own presentation submissions.
