Certified Relocation Professional (CRP®) Designation
The Certified Relocation Professional® program is recommended for all mobility professionals primarily engaged in corporate/employee mobility within the United States, including corporate/HR, relocation service providers, brokers and appraisers.
Global Mobility Specialist (GMS®) Designation
The Global Mobility Specialist® program was developed for mobility professionals primarily engaged in corporate/employee international mobility, and is open to all sectors including corporate/HR and relocation service providers.
Bridgette S. Blandon
U.S. Postal Service
Bridgette S. Blandon is a Management Analyst/Relocation Specialist at the United States Postal Service where she has been employed for 30 years. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Management degrees from Fontbonne University. Bridgette has created various resource tools and reference materials for USPS employees to include online courses and training manuals.
As the Relocation Specialist for USPS, Bridgette has streamlined the relocation process, initiated policy changes and reduced relocation spending by 20% over the past two years. USPS relocates about 650 employees each year to all 50 states, Guam, Puerto Rico and Switzerland. She has received her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification and holds the CRP and GMS designations from Worldwide ERC. Bridgette is past president of the St. Louis Employee Relocation Council and is a member of the Corporate Relocation Council of Chicago.
Wells Fargo & Company
Patti has been with Wells Fargo for 30 years and in relocation 29 of those years. Her primary responsibilities include providing policy and tax expertise to the team, consulting with managers, recruiters and HR on relocation options, oversight of group moves, and assisting with special projects. Patti has her CRP and is active with the local ERC chapter, Minnesota Relocation Council (MERC). She served on the conference committee in 2015 and 2016, as the Vice President from May, 2012 to May 2014 and President from May, 2010 to May 2012.

With an extensive experience in corporate and consulting roles, she has designed, implemented and successfully managed mobility strategies and programs. Based in Singapore, she has been responsible for driving global consistency and alignment of mobility programs including ensuring regional compliance to applicable global mobility operating standards, policies and procedures. She enjoyed connecting with globally-minded individuals who have a passion for global mobility where ideas could be shared, more value is created in the mobility world.
